“I bought a washer and dryer here back in August/September. The first washer I got would not fill, I called them they brought me another one free of charge. The next washer wouldn’t agitate, called them and got another one once again free of charge. Everything has worked great since then. The dryer cord wouldn’t reach to the plug and they gave me a riser for free. A lot of people don’t like this place because the owner has an attitude, and yes he does but that’s just the kind of person he is. It isn’t against any of his customers. The owners son is amazing. I would do business here again in the future.”

“Use their services regularly. Rented all kinds of stuff over time. I've had to add hydraulic fluid to a tractor once, but other than that I've had no major issues. Can't expect these folks to know everything about all they have to rent but they do a good job with what they have to work with.”

“I have been a Bank’s customer for 20 years and have always had great service. In 2003, upon their recommendation, we purchased out first vacuum from them. It was a bit more than we had intended to spend, but we trusted their expertise. Over the years, we have had to periodically take it in for service, but it is still going strong! They have won my trust. Yesterday, I needed to replace a stick vacuum, and I went to them for recommendations. Yet again, I was not disappointed. I happened to arrive at the same time as the owner and he kindly answered all of my questions, showed me the pros and cons of different models and I left with a purchase I am very pleased with.”

“I rent my place and a power outage caused my fridge to break down, but my freezer still worked. After watching videos and reading as much as I could to see what was wrong I decided it took more skill than I had. I rent, so I texted my landlord and they got me an appt with AOK. It was the weekend, so I wasn’t really surprised they couldn’t come until Tuesday, but they said they’d shoot for earliest for me. Logan got here and fixed everything so fast! He was so kind and joked with me, and explained what happened with my fridge and what the problem was. I couldn’t believe how quickly he got it all done, and the price was totally reasonable for what he did. He even told me to have a safe move (I’m moving at the end of the month). Thanks, Logan! I finally have my ice maker working again and everything is COLD! :)”

“I had a wonderful experience with Noble. Chris was incredibly helpful at picking out the best washer for my needs. I had very specific dimensions that the washer had to fit, and I was impressed by the selection. I ended up choosing a Speed Queen based on Chris’ recommendations. I was told they were a little busy with deliveries so I wouldn’t get an install until end of January, but they were able to get it to me almost 2 weeks early. I paid for install and haul away of my old washer, which I thought was a great deal compared to what I would have paid through a big box store. The guys who delivered were very friendly and got the install done quickly. Special thanks to the person who coordinated the delivery for me for providing updates when I called. I highly recommend going to Noble! They really care about their customers.”

“I went to this store as part of my search for a new sewing machine and wanted to check out the Janome brand. The store had a lot packed into it and I wish I'd felt up to really checking out the fabrics and other items. The associate started helping me and was very informative and encouraging, no pressure. I'm not sure if she was one of the owners, but I REALLY was comfortable with her. An owner also came out from the back at one point, and started helping as well, and she was also very pleasant and personable. No pressure, steered me to a few different machines. If I decide to go either route, this is the place I will definitely go to. I still plan on going back to check the merchandise.”

“Started by trying to get a fridge from Appliances4less. They brought me 2 broken refrigerators that did not get cold at all. I was promised I would have a working fridge on thanksgiving & that did not happen. I had my entire family over with no working fridge. It was horrible! Got my money back & got a working fridge from Ace. They removed the non working fridge with ease (which appliances4less somehow could not remove even though they got it in) after 2 weeks of not having a working fridge & throwing away groceries, I now have a cold working fridge. Thank you guys so much!”
