They should have no stars. Kathy threatened to call the police on my husband for using what she thought was a counterfeit bill, when she didn't have any of the tools to check. By the way, I took it to the bank that gave me the bill and it was checked under a light, with the marker, and by multiple bank employees who are much more knowledgeable than a party store employee. I will only be coming back here to speak with the owner, because never again with they get any business from me.
