Manitou Passage Golf Club is a beautiful and challenging Arnold Palmer-designed course hidden in Northern Michigan. The layout is incredible, with tree-lined holes, significant elevation change, and great privacy, providing a sensation of being alone on the course. Almost all the holes are different, and on very few can you see another hole. The course conditions are quite good and have been improving. The fairways and greens are described as immaculate and in great condition. The tee boxes are a focus of ongoing updates and improvements. The facility offers nice electric carts with impressive GPS. The staff is consistently noted as very friendly, great, super friendly, and accommodating, including the pro shop, kitchen staff, starter, and ranger. They manage the pace of play very well. While there are cheaper courses in the area, Manitou Passage is well worth the fee. The overall experience is amazing and very fun, with scenic views, making it a course players highly recommend and look forward to returning to.
Friendly staff, great conditioned greens and fairways, gorgeous views. Beverage cart attendant above average.
