Kyle found the car we wanted within hours of us telling him exactly what we wanted, the car arrived the next day, and we drove off the lot with our new car and a full tank of gas. Kyle was professional and knew all the functions of our new hybrid. I LOVE my new Escape!

I highly recommend Mitch and his team at Vanderhyde Ford. They go above and beyond for their customers. I have sent friends of mine in there as well, they do not take advantage, they make sure their vehicles are in great working order before they leave the lot, and if they happen to run into any issues they go above and beyond to help. If you stop in, ask for Mitch in the pre-owned department!

We bought a bronco from out of state, which can be quite stressful. Al, Keith, Dave and Jacob all did an outstanding job at communication, service, and making the entire experience absolutely seamless.
Al and Keith were patient and responsive to my many questions, and need for frequent updates and pictures/videos. They booked our hotel, picked us up from the airport and gave us great recommendations for local pubs and restaurants.
Everyone at the dealership was friendly and welcoming when we arrived, greeting us as if we were old friends. There was zero pressure from anyone; they simply facilitated us getting the vehicle that we had chosen.
Simply an outstanding experience from start to finish!

Really great service. The staff is friendly and genuinely interested in resolving your issue. In this case, after exhaustive investigation they figured it could only be resolved by a Subaru shop. (A problem with the keys) I was shocked that I was not charged anything. The service will likely influence my next car buying choice.
