Stopped in to buy chickens and ducks today. Told the workers in the front that I needed assistance with the birds and was told they would send someone over soon as possible so I go and wait by the birds. 20 minutes go by I see another worker told her as well. She told me she would help after she finishes what she's doing cool no big deal. I go wait again for another 10 minutes and watched her go talk to the other worker who I originally told I needed assistance and just goof off like I wasn't waiting. So I got mad left my cart and walked out. I will spend my money at family farm and home if that's how I'm going to be treated. And it's not like I was just buy 2-3 birds or something I was looking for 20 chickens and 10 ducks but not I will go elsewhere. Your employees need training.

Julie was Awesome! Went there for some new dog food. My dog has horrible allergies and she went above and beyond. She was just great! I will no longer go to any other store for my pet needs. Thank you Julie for helping me.

Hardware by the pound. Anything you need for fixing the house/barn, etc. Good outdoor clothes, etc. Customer service is astounding! I love this place.
