My Ins. Co. was using fear tactics to get me to go with there "preferred shop" which is a nationwide chain. I like to spend my money at local privately owned places. Brian personally called me and explained what they were doing to a tee. He talked me down from the ledge and got my business where I wanted it in the first place. They also did a few things on my truck that I did not expect or ask for?. Great job fellas. DON"T let your ins. co. bully you! Thanks A LOT to Brian and the whole crew @ Robinson's Body Shop!

I'm not sure as to why my first review didn't get posted? But I'll take the time to do it again because this business deserves it. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Very friendly CS done w/ a smile and they treat you fairly. They got my Toyota Camry finished way ahead of time and the bill was cheaper than the estimate that I was originally given. I Highly recommend their body shop work to everyone who wants a great job done on their vehicle...Thanks Robinson's for the great service, I'll be back! (well, I hope not because that means I've been in an accident, lol)

Absolutely the best customer service in the field. I have two vehicles being serviced there after reviewing several others around the area. Robinson has a full team of professionals working on your auto from beginning to the final auto detailing at the end. My vehicle was restored to its original condition and we couldn't be more satisfied with their performance. 5 out of 5 stars! Highly recommended.

I dropped off my vehicle knowing it had a burned out light bulb. (unrelated to the collision repair needed). When I picked it up I was going to check which bulb needed replaced. There wasn't one. They were kind enough to replace it for me. Came back washed, interior cleaned up. Very Nice! Highly Recommend!!Service: Body & Trim
