Tried calling this pharmacy 3 times today and each time I select option 3 to speak to the pharmacy, it rings a few times, and then you go back into the phone treeand have to select 3 again. I did this loop multiple times during each call and no one answered. I then tried calling the corporate 800 number but I can't speak to their pharmacy people because I'm not a rewards member.

Kaleigh and Kat are AMAZING! They helped me with a situation and went above and beyond to assist me with my medications. I am happy to say this is by far my favorite pharmacy. Everyone is patient and kind!

Pharm staff was very unimpressive when I called to change my insurance and get refills. The person’s tone of voice who answered the phone sounded annoyed that they had to answer and put me on hold and another person came back on. I was giving my information when she insisted it would be easier for them if I came to the store. Without any consideration of what would be better for me ( the customer!) It was obvious that this person did not know how to enter insurance information into your system. When I called Walgreens they said they can find my info without me even having to give numbers over the phone. This is new info which I have never had before. Total lack of customer service! They lost my business as I am transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens and will not even shop in the store anymore. Goodbye!

Customer service is lacking. Checked on a script after I had confirmation of authorization. They told me they were waiting still. I called back 5 mins later and they magically had authorizations now have to order it???? We couldn't order it when you called for authorization??? Wow! UPDATE: Prescription was ready as promised on Thursday with an apology.

If I could give negative rating I would. It seems they are out of stock every script? And the scripted excuses that are given is unbelievable. No, attempt to come up with solutions just excuses. Customer Service is NOT top priority!

I've been trying to call for days to try to refill my prescription, and they will not awnser. I called almost every half an hour.

I use Walgreens for my prescriptions, while traveling I've had nothing but problems. The pharmacy tech was a great gentleman. Will be coming back.

I have always been pleased with the compassion and professionalism the staff at this store has shown me. I appreciate the assistance they provided when husband was ill and they did not have the medication in stock. They found a pharmacy that did for me. Being in the medical profession I understand how busy they are. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

The fact that I wait 10 minutes in drive thru, mind you that it's only 1 other car in line and I pull up and get told that they are now closed for lunch. I'm literally the only person in line now. Terrible customer service. Patients come first.

I sat in their drive thru for at least 15 mins and watched the two women working help two customers in stores before assisting me. Then a kind gentlemen who I watched walked in for his shift assisted me after I hit the call button. Absolutely ridiculous, pay better attention to your customers.

Completely discussed with this place! Today is the last time I do any business with rite aid in cedar. I Have a funeral in SC, I have to leave at 5 am. Unfortunately Rite Aid will not fill my prescription 12 stupid hours early. Now instead of getting ready to leave in the morning I will have to deal with finding a place to get my prescription filled. Oh PS my doctor called and asked the pharmacist to fill the prescription 12hrs early!
