I'm currently working with them on a 59 Apache. The work is solid and done right. It is one of the only places that does work on older cars/trucks. Carl and Bob are very helpful and take the time to explain things. They will be the only shop for me.

Time and time again, Pro Auto has been there for both of our cars. They always are attentive to our needs and budget, and do a great job every single time. Priced very fairly for the hard work they put in for us. Twice we needed a car fixed around a holiday and they worked hard to get us our car back before needing to travel to see family. A+ service and not a single complaint from us!

Bob seems nice but Carl... can't trust this guy. My story starts when we think my head gasket needs to be replaced. My fiance drops the car off at her friends house to fix the engine and this friend replaces the head gasket (I assume incorrectly but it's my fault for letting an amateur work on my car). This friend has my car towed to his friends garage(Pro-Auto Works) and despite many attempts from myself and my fiance calling and telling these guys we're the owners of the car and we want to know what's going on... this guy(Carl) continues to contact the fiance's friend and keep him updated on the car and go through him to ask what to fix and what to work on. We called many times and got in contact with Bob, who told us "I'm just the office manager, you need to talk to Carl", we say cool, can we talk to Carl? Nope he's not here, but I'll have him call you back... he didn't call back. Even when we can get Carl, he tells us he doesn't have an answer right now but he'll call us back tomorrow. A week later we're still waiting on his call so we call back and guess what, he's our of the state... I wish I was making this up. I lost confidance in this place and I had to get my car towed to another shop. this place is a joke. I have a 600 dollar bill now and all I have is an engine with a hole in it and box full on engine parts in the trunk.

I am beyond happy with Pro-Auto Works. So thrilled to have found a trustworthy quality mechanic in this area. Bob and Carl go above and beyond in customer service. Bob was able to squeeze me in the very next day after I called. The team there diagnosed and fixed my truck the first time and for VERY reasonable rates! This is my new go-to place for anything automotive I can’t handle or don’t have the time for.

Not from the area but was looking to buy a car nearby and i brought it here to have them check out the car. After a helpful service not only driving the car but lifting it up and diagnosing multiple problems, they also helped explain and show the issues with the car because of my inexperience. After all that I demanded I owed them money and the owner refused to take any money saying "we always do this for free". Was beyond pleased and happy and would 100% come here again if ever in the area!!!!

Beyond thankful for Pro-Auto Works! They were able to squeeze me in when my car needed a new alternator quickly. The customer service was awesome! Bob and Carl were very friendly and helpful. The waiting room was clean and they offered up the tv remote since I was there with our 4 young kids. Being a women and knowing you can trust and not feel pressured is a huge deal when it comes to anything dealing with cars for me. They also followed up to make sure everything was working great. Highly recommend and they have definitely earned our business for any future needs.

This is the best mechanic I have ever found great and honest people they do a great job they recently work on my 2006 Nissan Armada I am so happy with their work that I brought my 1997 Chevy Tahoe to work on it, I recommend this place over and over again

Had an emergency with my car where my harmonic resonator split in half and they got it replaced in a day. Car runs great now and the prices were great for what they did. Will be coming back if I ever have any issues again.
