Outstanding service. I was on the road on my way home from a work trip when I noticed my tire loosing air quickly. North End was close to where I was, I called at 4:30 and they said to head right over. As soon as I pulled in they came out to greet me, immediately identified a puncture, and fixed it super fast. I was back on the road in about 15 minutes. They were fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

They were very professional and help us when we were traveling on vacation. We had a blow out on of our trailer. We called them and they said yes bring it end and we will fix your blown tire. While fixing the blown one, they seen we had another bad tire. They were very fast and got us back on the road very quick. It was like we were pulling in to a NASCAR pit stop. Great job guys ??

These guys always take care of my tire needs. If they don't have your tire in stock, they generally order them and have them quickly. They have a wide range of tires from cheap to performance, and they can talk you through what suits your needs.

North end tire is the best tire place in West Michigan period ! I had a tire going flat and within 15 to 20 minutes They had me back on the road again ..I will always use them and recommend everyone to experience how great they are

Very mad went to go get my tire filled had a nail in it and had two chevy cup holder things in my truck and noticed one was missing after I got my truck serviced??

My wife got good tires from here but when she drove off and a few days noticed her chrome wheel cover came off!! She called North End Tire the next opened day and they didn't even try to help her by getting her a new wheel cover. These wheel covers go on very tight, so that leaves only one explanation. It wasn't put on tight on the completion of installing her tires.
" I had to find a new OEM wheel online to make my wife feel better about the situation.
I feel that North End Tire should have taken responsibility for their negligence and incompetence of their wrongful installation of her wheel covers.
I added two pictures one of the wheel that is missing the wheel cover and one of what the wheel covers look like on her Subaru Impreza.

Dudes are awesome I was in a pinch and had a flat at the Meijer gas station across the street. Got it over there and they patched it up quick. they didnt try to upsell me, they were quick and professional too. Highly recommend

I’ve seen these guys for almost everything car related… they are always honest, fair priced and flexible. I won’t go any else. Plus, they honor the manufacturer warranty on tires with no tricks or gimmicks. They’ve made a loyal customer out of me.

Today I had a tire I needed swapped out on a rim, then a spare taken off the car and the new rim and tire put on, Randy and Dillion were great about sneaking us right in very quickly and had us in and out, within 10-15 mins! Absolutely recommend these guy, not only great service, but great guys too, very friendly and with a smile! Great prices too, $25 in and out!
