Not even an apology! I'll never use them again! After picking up my car for an exterior bumper damage repair, I noticed the interior of all my doors, dash, console etc had white stuff sprayed all over it. After calling the manager and sending him photos he said they put the wrong stuff on it and to bring it back and they'd clean it off. So I drove the 25 minutes back and waited for about an hour in the waiting room and the manager brought my car back to me. He said they couldn't get it all off. They did get most of it off BUT I still to this day have some in the holes of my BOSE speakers. Also if I open my car door in the rain to get in or out, it leaves water stains on the interior door from the rain. 1. The wrong stuff? WTH
2. Regardless of that, it was never wiped off. There were run marks from the liquid spray. 3. I have cleaned it several times and stiil could never get it all off. 4. I had no idea they were going to do anything on the interior of my car. I realize this was just an extra they threw in for customer service, but in lieu of the damage and depreciation they did to my car, I wish the would have stayed out of my car interior. 5. I never even got an apology for the damage and depreciation, for the inconvenience I sustained, for the cost of my time and money to drive back down there for them to attempt to clean up this damage!

My vehicle was unfortunately a total loss due to the severity of the damages, but Car Center helped me throughout the entire process! I had peace of mind knowing I was being so well taken care of! So thankful for the staff there & will most definitely take all of my future vehicles there if repairs are needed!

At the end of April 2024 we brought our 2017 Honda CRV in for repair on the passenger side rear quarter panel. The staff at Car Center was excellent and most kind. They repaired the damage completely and we were very satisfied. However, when we left the shop the front radar sensors were not working. No one could figure out why, since there was no work done to the front of the car. However the good folks at Car Center took responsibility and had the vehicle's sensors repaired at no cost to us. All we knew was that the system was working when we brought it in. Still there was no apparent reason it stopped working. Neither we nor Car Center could diagnose what resulted in the problem. Rather than the old 'let the customer be beware; they so graciously took responsibility and paid to have the vehicle set right. We would go back to Car Center anytime we needed collision repairs. Thank you so much everyone!
