“Outstanding service. I was on the road on my way home from a work trip when I noticed my tire loosing air quickly. North End was close to where I was, I called at 4:30 and they said to head right over. As soon as I pulled in they came out to greet me, immediately identified a puncture, and fixed it super fast. I was back on the road in about 15 minutes. They were fast and friendly. Highly recommend.”

I tried booking an appointment online and I made a mistake entering my phone information which is how they confirm appointments, and Tim at the shop figured out how to get a hold of me based on what other information I left. Wow, most shops would just say it's your fault for missing the appt and move on, but they got me back on the schedule.
I appreciated the communication while my vehicle was in the shop (I had a number of things to get fixed) and the text service is a huge plus IMO. This shop seems to keep tighter control on their lead times than others. The work is great quality, best as I can tell so far!”
