Truly good people. It is rare to find honest people who sell cars, but this place is absolutely amazing. How refreshing to have an actual conversation about vehicles without feeling pressured to buy or any stress whatsoever in deciding which car is right for me. If you see something you like, stop here!

Was looking at a truck they had had a few concerns about it. Went to go talk to the lady upfront told me that if I didn’t have 3400 cash get out. The truck needed about $1500 worth of work with an oil leak coming from the rear main seal. Headlights didn’t work and the lady was extremely rude. She wouldn’t even try to negotiate Don’t go here.

I’ll start by saying, I’m going to be as fair with this review as I can. I bought a 20+ year old Honda Accord for what would be considered a decent price, nowadays anyway (hence the 3 stars for this review). So, I wasn’t expecting a 100% perfect car that would never have a problem. But the thing is, I only got a few miles down the road from the lot and the dash “Brake” light popped on. Brakes felt okay, but when I got home the master cylinder was low on fluid, so I topped it off. Then a couple days later, noticed “wet” spots on the cement under the driver’s side rear door area. Got in the car and pushed the brake pedal a couple times, and the wet spots turned into a little puddle. So yes, there is a blown out rear brake line. And also, during those couple of days of very limited driving, the check engine light came on also. Code: P1457. Both of these issues were obviously already on this car before I ever even bought it. Not sure who might have erased the code before I got it, but it was definitely erased. In conclusion, I guess my advice for any used car lot that brings a vehicle in to sell to the public, have your mechanic fully go over the car for a day or two in every way as to at least make sure the things that are already wrong with it, are fixed before someone does buy it. Then that way, when someone drives the vehicle off the lot, they can actually get home without possibly breaking down, or finding these issues with it before even getting to drive it at all. It’ll also make it so that people will trust a place much, much more. I now have a vehicle that is sitting dead in my driveway now until I can figure out how I’m gonna fix these problems.

Just bought our son a car from Al’s. What a great experience! From communications, completing the deal and their service! Was definitely worth the drive ( 2 hours away) and we couldn’t be happier! Will definitely look to do business with again in the future!

I have had great, no hassle experiences with Al's. I've been given fair prices and no hidden gimmicks or hard sells. I do recommend any time (and anywhere) you buy an 'as is' used car that you perform your own inspection.

nothing but a bunch of con artists who sell junk cars and wanna tell you there all good...recently purchased a vehicle there that was said to be mechanicaly sound and come to find out there are 2 large spots on the front end frame that are rusted out...they refuse to do anything about it and said ots mechanically fine and refuse to do anything...definitely would not recommend this business to anyone

So my experience with this place as well as the owner Alyssa was absolutely wonderful! I was coming from 3 hours away to look and buy a vehicle. I had asked Alyssa to be straight with me on this vehicle and inform me what I could expect once I arrived after the long drive. She did exactly that! Sent me extra pics I requested, told me EVERYTHING she possibly could about the vehicle GOOD and BAD. This woman does not hold back and will be upfront and honest if you ask the question. I put a small deposit down to hold the vehicle until I could get there 5 days later and she did hold the car! She is a woman of her word and very friendly. When I arrived the vehicle was EXACTLY how she described and was ready for me to test drive. I drove this vehicle and came back and bought. Took the vehicle, drove 3 hours home and it drives as it should. Made it with zero problems. This place has been around a long time so clearly they are doing something right. I myself am also in the auto sales business and I must say she is a very honest person. You sometimes don’t see that in this business as there are some bad eggs out there who give honest people like Alyssa a bad rap. She definitely isn’t like that. If you are looking for a car and they have one you want, just ask her about it. She won’t hold back and then you can decide what you want to do. There needs to be more people like her and more establishments like Al’s Used Cars. Thank you so much Alyssa and Al! Great experience all the way around!!

They are very nice and willing to negotiate a tiny bit but on the other hand so far every vehicle I got from them the transmission goes out in a week or so... Got a truck like 2iah weeks ago Driving it very easy and nicely no gassing and next thing I know overdrive light is flashing took it to a transmission shop and they told me stuff is rubbing and it's almost completely shot and i would need to get the transmission rebuilt... Transmission is definitely shot so far wouldn't really recommend this place considering my experience so far. I would say to try to look for a different place. Unless it's your last resort

Went to test drive today on a car listed as 'mechanically sound'. Got in to test drive and the visor kept falling in driving view on driver side, bad bearing sound, engine knocking, and bad transmission sound. We returned and let her know of all the issues we experienced. Wouldn't buy here unless you're a mechanic or know a little about cars like we did. Thankful we had the knowledge we did. I don't think they service the cars they sell, so keep that in mind.
