Their employee came to my home to pump my septic tank. Could not find the opening to the septic which was located in the front yard. I knew this because of prior septic tank services. They had to send a second employee to my home who owned the company she couldn’t locate it either. They poked the ground with rods on the front. My neighbor found it amusing that they were jumping up and down on the rods laughing and dancing. They had a third employee come to my home and he found it. I paid for the job upfront. When the job was completed the employee said I would be sent a email for the invoice and she read off my exact email address. Called the owner who was very disrespectful she said the invoice to my email was sent several times. I have never had problems receiving my emails. Finally after third called she indicated I would get my invoice by mail. Still haven’t received it after two weeks. I was sent a text that I disrespected her employees and would not stand for it. Told by the owner if I should need septic tank services again not to use their services. This review probably will be disputed. There were other errors I have excluded.

They came out promptly, opened a clog that was stopping my toilet from flushing. Two days later I had water backing up into my basement again. I called them back and they came out and ran their camera through the sewer drain. It was clear with no blockages. The backup was evidently from an improperly installed line from a new water softener. They did not charge me for the return visit.

Called right when they opened. I had someone here before 11am same day. From the woman, Heather, spoke to on the phone to the pump truck driver to the young guy that installed a riser for me…they were nothing but pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The work was superior, they went above and beyond and listened to my concerns. The final product was done with effectiveness and efficiency. I could not be more pleased.

The owner was extremely disrespectful to my husband. If you are over 75 don’t use this company, they don’t value you. They don’t understand business polite to encourage more customers.

Dervin and his team were knowledgeable and helpful in working with the health department to arrive at a septic solution for a difficult property. We ended up having to pass on the property for other reasons, but Dig-It will be our first choice for future septic needs.

Dervin and Olivia have been very helpful throughout this entire process. My husband and I are on a time crunch to have a house we placed an offer on inspected due to seller's request. They made sure to schedule us in and even did the septic pumping and inspection earlier than originally scheduled date. Dervin and his team are very busy. Even being busy he returned my call to explain the estimate for repairs after the inspection which was super helpful and answered questions that I have had about the septic system. I would definitely come back for his services again. I will note he is very busy so if you are expecting a call back same day please be gracious and give him another day to respond. He is doing the best he can. I can tell. Thanks again for your help Dervin and also Olivia for being really communicative and helpful as well. My husband and I appreciate you guys! :)

Came out looked at what needed to be done, gave us a quote and a couple day later they are out there vacuuming, fixng our old septic tank, filling it in and even fix our yard/grass. Highly recommend, fast and got the job done. Thabk you

I had 3 different plumbers come out to try to figure out why my drains were clogged. I finally turned to Dig It - Pump that Septic, and they were the first to actually figure it out. It was a very clogged line. They had the right equipment, knowledgeable craftsman, and can do attitude. I can’t tell you how incredibly happy I am! They are true professionals. Very responsive and reasonably priced.

Great response time. Professional and friendly. Driver is knowledgeable and a hard worker. Would recommend them anytime. I called them to pump a septic and they were able to come out same day. Pricing is very reasonable.

Never called back. Called them a total of 3 timesTalked to a real person 1st time. I was told someone would call back tomorrow. 3 days later left messageNo call back.Called again 2 days later. Left message that I needed a price on some excavating. Again no call back. I'm done with Dig It.
