I had prostate cancer they took it out kept asking to get as PSA test kept telling me didn't need it don't have a prostate well finally I got mad went to a different doctor and told him what was going on he said what an tested me it was off the chart 40 days of radiation I wouldn't of made it if I wouldn't of not chang Cornwell health in Niles the place to go

If you do NOT want to advocate for yourself then come here. If you want your health to be a priority then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Especially if you have diabetes, these providers could care less and they are so uneducated about GLP-1 medications and other diabetes medicine. When standing up for myself, I was told to find another doctor for my diabetes treatment.

I live with disc degeneration, and osteopenia and the pharmacist here decided I was just a drug seeker because she could see nothing wrong with me. So one day I get a call from her telling me I need an appointment to pick up pain my meds. So I go in, Dr. doesn't know why I am there. So I told him about this pharmacist giving me a hard time. As I go to leave I here her yelling, look at her there is nothing wrong with her , she is a fraud and liar , loud enough the entire clinic heard her say it. Every one was staring at me as I was leaving. How humiliating to be treated like this. I filed a complaint because of her malicious intent to harm me and have heard nothing back. This clinic also will not send you to specialists have asked several times to see a thyroid specialist and had to push them into giving me a referral to see a neurosurgeon. Its been the most stressful experience I have ever had being treat at this clinic. I don't recommend them. They care more about politics then listening to patient needs.

Such a disappointment the staff members are rude and disrespectful I have been coming here over a year and my health and mobility has done nothing but get worse!!! They won't do anything there for you except refer you to a specialist and especially if you don't even get the right information from the cassopolis clinic every time the information is always been wrong and then the place want to argue with me like I don't know what my injuries are I live in constant pain and have diabetes and still don't know how to check my blood sugar and the staff act like everything is a joke and I have even been laughed at because I was crying once because I was in so much pain the Drs they sent me to won't even respond back to them and meanwhile I sit and suffer and continue to tell them but I am only a number and they have proven time and time again that they just don't care I wish I would just die because these people are truly making me suffer and seem to enjoy it for some sick reason!!!

The Dental Practice staff seem fine but their scheduling process makes the entire situation abysmal. They Only Schedule out a month at a time so you have to call back on the first day of new scheduling for that month. Typically not a problem, however no answers the phone the half dozen times you call throughout many hours and they won't return your voicemail on the first day. Thankfully they do pickup the second day once the first two weeks of the month are taken. (Update) Warning they are very short staffed and will call and pushback your appointment the day before. very upsetting when waiting for a tooth removal.

Well I don't know about their medicinal services or the bedside manner of employees, so I can't speak on that. However being a guest of a patient who had an appointment there, it was extremely disappointing then I could not use my phone while inside the building because my normal phone service cut connection as soon as you walk through the doors forcing you to have to use their so-called public Wi-Fi that you have to have a password for and there's no password posted anywhere and if you ask them for it they tell you that they don't have it. So if you plan on going to this place and you want to use your phone you might want to stay out in the car.

The staff is so friendly. I see doctor Smythe and he is a wonderful doctor! listens to all that I have to say! his nurse is the best. I've never had a complaint about these people they're wonderful caring and just there for me whenever I need.

Changes the appointment time, then proceed to blame me for their mistake.As well as "shhh-ing" me when I point out their mistakes.Absolutely insane. Normally we have no issuses here, jokes on me.
