Called to ask if they take walk ins as I have a dog in need of attention. Was placed on hold by Nicole, 5 min later she still didn’t answer. Hung up and called back and was asked to hold again! I said I really need to talk to someone I’ve already been on hold 5 min. She placed me on hold anyway and Nicole got on the phone. All that just to find out they’re not taking new clients.
Glad I didn’t just show up with this type of service my pet is better off elsewhere. Nicole- don’t forget to get back to your waiting calls. It’s rude!

Thank you Doctor Moore for saving Percy's life. He had bladder stones removed. Also when he was a puppy he saved his leg when he broke it.

The manager and blonde girl at the front desk with glasses very unprofessional never have I had a employee roll their eyes at me over calling to pay my bill when I got home and trying to Embarrass me in front of other patients always paid in timely fashion been taking our 4 animals here for years a few bad apples can bring down a company will be going elsewhere.
