Sam and Wendy are amazing at the service they provide! They are thorough and thoughtful! They made us aware of things we didn't know going in. Their compassion and availability are above all the rest. Best you will find when you have to face such painful decisions!

I lost my mother in July, a sister in law in November and just last week, my father in law. Sam and Wendy were with us every step of the way giving us their undivided attention, care and support, always available to help with any questions. Thank you also to their compassionate staff! I am so grateful that Sam and Wendy are a very important part of this community!

As a Hospice Nurse, I encounter many funeral homes on a regular basis. Most are amazing, some I wouldn't recommend. However, I am so completely blown away by the amazing way that Sam not only treated my patient, but the family. It's a true work of heart to own a funeral home. You come to those in their absolute worst hours. Kranz made that horrible hour much more tolerable for the family of my patient. I am so incredibly impressed and amazed and THANKFUL that these amazing people crossed my path. Thank you so much for being so wonderful to my girl, and her husband. Thank you for taking the extra few seconds to make the bed after we had moved her, and to move the furniture back. Those things aren't thought of by many, but you took the time. It's the little things that people remember. Thank you for obviously enjoying your work and making every attempt to make the family comfortable. I am so very grateful for you. Thank you for making my job easier!

I cannot say enough good things about Wendy and Sam. They were extremely caring, thoughtful, empathetic, professional, and the list could go on. I felt they went above and beyond for us and really did make the difficult time as stress free as possible. Words will never be able to express how much we appreciate everything they did.

The funeral home is very helpful but way overpricedThey take advantage of your sorrowful situation they did not inform me of the free plaque for my veteran relative who had passed And wanted to mark up the cost for ordering the headstone

Could not have asked for a more wonderful, compassionate, caring staff to help us through the loss of my husband, and still there for us if and when we need anything with open arms and such understanding, caring hearts. And, the funeral home is beautiful and welcoming.

The lovely staff of Kranz Funeral Homes in Kingston and Cass City were very caring and accommodating. They handled the arrangements of my Mother and then of my Father who passed 3 weeks later. I would definitely use them again if I were in need of Final Arrangements for a loved one.
