Asside from the lugs being used and paying the new price for them I'm overall satisfied with the service they did on my monster truck definitely the right guys to service your giant 4x4 or show vehicle

I’m not sure why my first review was deleted, seeing as everything I had stated in my review was accurate, but I will leave it again.
Last week I spoke to a man named Frank (?) who offered me a certain amount for my used vehicle, as well as a credit towards a vehicle on their lot.
Later that evening frank called back and stated “never mind, I can’t even do that much”.
Which is fine, I respect that, but do not tell me you’re going to give me a certain amount for my vehicle, and then change your mind.
If you’re going to be providing numbers, be accurate, and stick to your word.
I have been a customer at Jermey’s automotive for years, including all of my immediate family. I’m sad to say we will all be leaving, and finding service elsewhere.

I think that they are rude, and the device that they put on not only messes with the electronics on your vehicle they are the only ones who install for lifesafer within 150 miles from their location as far as I know!!!

Worst manager ever. The manager is not very customer service oriented. He seems to have take or leave it attitude. When Jeremy was running the business it was good and he new how to talk to people.

Quick service and close to my work. Honest folks to deal with, was happy enough with the service I brought the second car to them a couple days later. Ashley, the service writer, was great to deal with. Had undercoating done, great job! I will consider them for other work!

Awesome service!!! Couldn't get the spare down from under the van so ended up getting towed to the shop and they finally got it off and on the van. Put air in the spare and we were set and on our way.
