I hate bad mouthing anyone or anything but, wow.. Worst experience in the service/ body dept. What started as a 1 day job on my trunk turned into 3 weeks from their lack of planning and poor workmanship. Nobody knows what's going on at any given point when you try to reach them. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They returned my "completed" vehicle with drip marks from repainting. I took it right back. How do you give that back to a customer and not expect it to be returned? The emblem stickers all fell off after driving it home the 2nd time. Why would you re-use old stuff? Absolutely insane what they charged my insurance company, and to re-use old logos and badging and the quality of the paint job. I had to ask for a loaner car each time they held my vehicle for another week, and usually they didn't have one available. Disaster of a place, would NOT recommend! I could say more, but I doubt the company gives 2 craps anyway.

Excellent dealership from sales team and the service team. Have purchased multiple vehicles. Very straightforward/honest people. Only place I have my vehicle service too. Very customer focused. They take care of you. Highly recommend them.

I dropped my car off to have the rack replaced they had the car4 days and it was done when I was told by another dealer that 5 to 7 days for the part to arrive I will be using this service department for all my service needs

the head mechanic lied on my car and did not do all steps of procedure of recall 17S09 and said recall fixed the overheating and didn't. Him giving me the ok to drive it may have caused the engine more damage. It had the coolant intrusion the first time it went in there and he knew it and just didn't want to formally mention it before the recall was done. Now he says it needs a new motor but cant actually tell me what is wrong with it. Ford needs to fix this it has a coolant intrusion from
bad engine design!!! they need to revise the motors from a short block to a long block

My husband and I just purchased a vehicle here. Our sales guy was John Halsey and despite a few hiccups he kept us in the loop the whole time and maintained excellent communication through out the process. Everyone at the dealership was friendly & one highlighted perk is they allow dogs! What more can you ask for?! ??Great service! Keep it up! Definitely would recommend. 5 stars!

My experience with this dealership, more specifically with their service center has been excellent. I’ve had bad experiences with other mechanics and service shops but these guys go above and beyond and do great work at a fair price. Very honest and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!
