I received a call from a scheduler in Cleveland who txted in real time with local office to ask and answer my simple question. A short time later the local field guy called me direct and we're now definitely on the same page. I am also now aware of a potential issue having to do frost this time of year.My apologies to the top-notch AmeriGas employees for getting irritated.”
