Used to be Bachas oil and been a customer for decades. Changed to Amerigas and been terrible pricing since however I didn't realize how bad until today. I have avoided changing because of the hassle. Called around today to get pricing of competitors then called Amerigas. When you call the local number in Carson City it routes you out of the country with hard to understand customer service reps. Was quoted a price of 3.38 a gallon from Amerigas and local companies are at 1.799 gallon. When I explain the difference in pricing I was quickly told yes its because their service is so much better at Amerigas as justification. When I asked how I could talk to someone locally they said the only way was to visit the office they cannot connect you and all calls are routed out of the country. Enough is enough I am out - will be changing companies ASAP.

Your fuel prices are way to high I left amerigas years ago because the price was way to high Amerigas bought out Baccus oil and once again i am hit with high prices. Looks like it is a time for a change again

I locked in an Amerilock price of $2/g in August of 2023. When I got my first fill up in December, I was charged over $3/g and the amount taken out of my account through auto pay. I chatted and called numerous times, always being told that they could see my Amerilock price but that my contract was "in billing". Over 10 calls and chats and I never got a call back or a resolution. I was only able to get my money back (difference between what I was charged and what I was supposed to be charged) by going through my bank. I am switching companies because this is unacceptable.

Where to start. How about with the fact that i still have no access to my online account almost 2 months after becoming a customer. This really annoys me because in order to avoid certain fees you need to use your online account (of which I don’t have) I have called repeatedly over the last 2 months to get this problem fixed. I’m always told oh we see the problem we’ll have it fixed and here it is almost 2 months later and still no online account access. I’m honestly about to send in my 30 day notice to no longer receive your services as you don’t seem to care about your customers at all.

It took a long time to get someone to understand what I wanted. I needed to have biweekly deliveries till the month of April. When I called in multiple times they could not figure that out. I had to finally email your company and it was only then that I got what I desired.

I was promised a few things as a new customer. I was promised a $99 install charge. I was charged $600+ (and taxes on that on top of it). I was also promised that I could do payments. All of a sudden, nobody knows anything about that. I literally SIGNED UP with them only because I was guaranteed that these specific things were to be done. I called 3x to customer service and they were supposed to get back to me after reviewing everything but they never have. Now I'm locked into a two year contract with a company that wont honor its advertising. Super!***Edit*** 4/8/2023 I have emailed Amerigas TWICE as advised by the "owner" and have heard NOTHING back. I expect this will be how every issue with them are going to be.

I have only been dealing with this company for 3 months since my dad passed and they are completely incompetent, nothing but problems. Instructions were left for the delivery person with our gate code multiple times and still I receive messages that they can't deliver due to no gate code but when I speak to the representatives, they have the code. I cannot wait to get a new company.

So expensive!! And even though we live a mile away they say they can't get a tech to come hook the new tank they brought out because the old one leaked. We had to replace our basement lines before they would hook us up. Understandable there. But now we have to take more time off work because they can't come on Tuesday my day off. Since October 2020 my parents were billed around $4000 for heat. Ridiculous.

I Have never had worse service! It all started when we called for propane service. We asked if they we could pay for the tank installation and fill in monthly payments. Of course we can and we could have free tank rental until 2024! All you have to do is give them access to auto draw your monthly payments! Sounds good doesnt it? It does until you find out they drew out the entire amount instead and overdrew your account!! Now numerous calls and emails later we were told we would have the money returned in 24hrs the next call they new nothing about the first call and stated the money would be returned within 48 hours then received an email saying they couldnt return the money. then today received a bill for the amount we never authorized them to take in the first place !!! It sounds like its lawsuit time!! Please do yourself a service and avoid this company at all costs
