Every time I've done business with this place the lady has been very rude even when asking simple questions the one time I called and asked if they had finally pulled my part after 2 days and she got a bit snarky with me and told me that the loader is broke and they won't be able to do it until the loader is fixed, which I understand stuff breaks but don't be rude just because I called to ask because you were a day behind and getting the part pulled definitely won't be calling these guys if I need to used part.

Judging by the amount of cars there, it seems like this place gets a decent amount of business. My dad and I went there to see if they'd take a vehicle but unfortunately, the guy who takes the vehicles wasn't there. We decided not to do business with this place because the woman we talked to was very rude and unprofessional. We weren't of importance to her and she let us know that the owner may or may not even call us back.
