“Always has been a delightful credit union! The girls are always pleasant and friendly! My only concern is that when you call on the phone, it is extremely hard to get someone to talk to!!!The phone will either ring non-stop or just hang up on you?♀️ They should add a feature to their phone lines that puts the customer on hold with some elevator music until the call can be answered! They do offer a call back, but that's not a realistic option because if you work, then in reality, you probably won't be able to take the call?♀️?♀️?♀️So ya super frustrating!!! But aside from their phone system, the girls are always a delight!!P.S. Working with Amanda and Chris from Carson City is always a delight ❤️”
