Pay at pump only works correctly on a couple pumps and staff unwilling to assist or take payment inside.

Great place to fill up! Small inside with all of the snack essentials too! There have been several times where this gas station has the cheaper prices longer periods than the other gas stations in town. If you don't have any discounts with other gas stations, definitely come here!

JUST PUT GAS IN TODAY AT THE MURPHY IN CARO, MI. NOTED THAT AFTER PURCHASE, NOTED 2, $1 DEBITS WITH NO EXPLANATION OF WHAT THEY WERE. MY GAS PURCHASE WAS $12.25. WHAT THE HELL ARE THOSE OTHER DEBITS FOR???

I love Murphy USA, but this location needs work. I'm writing this review from an employee standpoint, or rather an ex-employee. Before I even got the job, I interviewed with the store manager Annie, who was been there for over 14 years. I explained to her that my wife is pregnant, and that a week before the baby's due date I would be staying with my grandparents, who live two hours away. I was told that we could work something out and I was hired. Well, fast forward to today, Annie (the store manager) comes in and tells me that I will be scheduled to open because, and I quote, "I'm not working seven days a week". This after I literally just did exactly that. I explained to her that I am willing to be flexible at any other time but this was not something I could compromise on. I usually worked afternoons shifts and if I were to work and afternoon and then open the next day, I'd have to go to sleep as soon as I got home from work and that's not fair, or necessary, especially considering that I made $10.25 an hour. I said I would not be able to do that, and I was told to give her my store key. I understand that it would have been inconvenient for a couple weeks but my wife and my baby are more important.Aside from that, generally speaking the employees at this store are not kind or friendly, except for Laura. Annie (the store manager) calls out customers for being rude, but yet makes rude remarks to customers and bullies employees for making so much as a simple mistake, then plays it off as if nothing happened. Anna is generally rude and seems quite uninterested in her job or being kind. Kari, although she is experienced and is good at her job and good with customers, seems to think that the way she does things is the only acceptable way to do them, and dare I do something a different way (that's achieves exactly the same results), I would be corrected harshly, like she thought I was an idiot or something .As I said before, I love Murphy USA and will continue to be a customer at the Sandusky, MI store. I would not recommend visiting the Caro location unless you are willing to be treated like an idiot as a customer, and an even bigger idiot as an employee.

My mother stopped in to get air in her tire. She was having an issue with the machine, she went inside for assistance, explained the issue to the attendent, the attendent after getting upset that she had to help somone went out to help my mother, she was unable to get it to work as well had my mom put in $5 total into the machine just for the lady to activate the vaccum,and as soon as she did she turned around without a word and walked back inside.
