What can you say about an auto auction location. But if you use it don't stop at Chapps Landing gas station. They get you a $180 fine.

I live near here. I haven't bought any cars from here, but I believe it's mainly for dealers. The people who test drive/transport the cars are nice, usually retired folks and they enjoy it.
