“Nice convenient small town hardware store with a little of everything. They are a little on the pricey side but it's nice to have a local hardware that could carry some little stuff when you need it. Lots of young staff but very friendly always asking if you need help with anything nice clean parking lot nice safe area to shop. Everything is usually pretty organized there's not much stuff out of place like the big box stores.”

“Haven't been here in years. So I was surprised to see when I pulled up an individual panhandling. I don't mind helping out but when they place themselves between you and the door knowing youll probably buy something, they often expect you'll have change.. The person's problems are NOT annoying,. But when I'm trying to do my business, the forced obligation can be annoying”

The quality of some of their tools is not the best but I have had many tools that have lasted a long time and they have a good return policy. The store is layed out well and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy visiting this store and they have a large selection of tools.”

“I had rented a utility pump to empty water in basement. When I was done I had 15 minutes to make it back to store so I wasn’t charged a second day and could get deposit back. I had called and was going to be past closing time. The guys in the rental shop, the rental desk worker, and a cashier all stayed so I could get the return done. Great customer service that helped me tremendously.”
