We have used Superior many times and every time they are very honest. They tell us exactly what it will take to fix the problem and how long it will take.This time it was my ball joints and they were probably not going to make it through the winter. It is my daily driver so I needed to borrow another truck while mine was getting fixed so Tim made arrangements to get it in early in the morning and it was done by early afternoon. He charged me 50 dollars less than what he quoted.Very honest and the job was perfect. Get piece of mind.I really appreciate having them here in town.Service: Body & Trim

Am VERY dissapointed. We took our mini van here recently to have the sliding door repaired. It was extremely hard to open & the latch wasn't working when we closed it so it wouldn't actually shut completely. The owner told us yes he could fix it. We needed it back the day he told us to bring it in because we were going out of town the following day. He told us he could do that & for my husband he could pick it up at 5. We heard nothing all day & just assumed we were good to pick up at 5. My husband showed up at 5 & the van was in thw shop with the door completely torn apart in pieces. The owner of course apologized & said it was going to take lomger than expected so he'd have it done the next day. We told him it wasn't going to work because like we said already we were leaving the next day with THAT vehicle. The owner said he could have it put back together & come back at 5:30. So my husband left & went back at 5:30. The owner apologized again & said to bring it back in on another scheduled day when we got back & he'd do it 1st thing in the morning because now he knows how long it will take. So we dropped it off for them the night before scheduled date so it'd be there. Of course when we drove by that morning to run errands, it was still in the same spot & position we parked it. So... Again, not keeping his word. We got the call it was "done" a half hour before they closed & to come pick it up. When we picked it up it was still very difficult to open & close but at least it was closing i guess. We paid $200 for this. 2 days later? The door is doing exactly the same & not latching to close again. I can only hope when we call to inquire we will get our money back. This is by far the worst experience we've had with a mechanic yet. We've actually always had very good mechanics for the most part. Just sorry we even tried superior auto...

Very pleased. I felt like I was dealing with a family friend and not just a business. They had the part I needed and they were the cheapest. I was also advised to call anytime if I needed any advice. Will definitely be going back for my next repair.

A shop in Yale quoted me $2000 to fix my truck . Superior Auto found problem and it was a $60 part so I purchased 4 tires had my truck fixed for far under other shops estimate. Thank you for being honest and friendly and fare .
