The store shelves are frequently empty. The employees are always outside smoking everytime I come here while people are standing in line waiting for service. I can smell their second hand smoke all the way in the parking lot and in the entrance of the store. The employees at this store are very unprofessional. ????

Renee was able to save my son's birthday! I needed helium balloons for his surprise party. I had no idea how hard it was going to be to get them! I called 15 stores, none of who had balloons AND helium, or who wouldn't do it because they didn't have staff. Renee went out of her way to accommodate me and got the balloons that I needed ready within and hour. This store's customer service is second to none! Thank you,!

Disaster! There are never anything on the shelves. Carts and boxes for restocking blocking isles and blocking the items that actually are on the shelves. They should take some pointers from Dryden location. Huge difference!

Always out of stuff. Sometimes store closes early due to no one to work I guess. One employee is particularly rude. Brought a damaged carton of milk up to him that I was going to purchase which had spilled all over the floor when I grabbed it from a hole in the bottom. He gave me a dirty look and asked me if I found it that way. Like I walked in,immediately damaged it and brought it up there all within feet of the counter and being in the store for less than a minute. I told him there was milk on the floor and he just stared at me. Continued to shop no one cleaned it. Say hi. Just get a scowl and stare?♀️?♀️?

Love dollar General.im very impressed the $5.00 coupons on Saturday really helps.i get to use as many as I want every $25.00 I spend,so every Saturday I SAVE $25.00 dollars I'm so grateful which adds up to $100.00 DOLLARS in SAVINGS $$$ a month. I just stopped shopping at dollar tree now every thing is $1.25 ,I get the same items for $1.00 at dollar General ?. Poorly managed store, went in at around noon on a Saturday, looked like one worker, bins all over store, blocking isles, disorganized. Fairly new store but disappointing.

The manager at this location is EXTREMELY rude. I came here a few months ago to fill up some balloons for my boyfriend's birthday. Every other dollar general location will fill up balloons for free if you purchase them at the same store. I first went to the Emmett location and they were out of helium so they directed me to the Capac location with exact directions that if I purchased the balloons at the Capac location they would fill them up for free. No other store had helium or the balloons I was looking for in stock so I was in a pinch. The manager began talking to me like I was stupid, and was extremely condescending. She charged me over $30 to fill up two number balloons for them to later POP because she over filled them. When we called the store to ask for a refund she called us from her personal phone number, began yelling at us over the phone, then her husband began yelling at us over the phone and she hung up on us. Take your business somewhere more professional where the manager isn't so rude!

Brand new store, absolutely filthy inside. Floors covered in trash and dirt. Sticky gross counter tops at checkout. Items falling off shelves and isles filled with carts full of cardboard and trash. Sad to see a brand new store start off this poorly, especially during a pandemic. But, friendly staff so that's a plus.
