I’ve had several problems while shopping here!
So I went here to buy a game before my vacation to Mexico and I did :)
The thing was you took too long during the transaction and I got so ANGRY that I gave several threats to steal the Mario party superstars game for the Nintendo switch and not just that, my gift card wasn’t working!!! THANKS A LOT FOR YOUR PROBLEMS!!!11

Do not buy a phone from here the lady here doesn't know how to do her job wants to combine customers orders 2 at a time to make her job easier but it takes her twice as long to get a sale completed. On top of it after 15 mins of the phone being on the charger for a test call she couldn't get it to turn on so we asked for it to be returned
and she cant do that. What an absolute joke definitely recommended cutting out the middle people just go verizon or at&t

Staff is not very eager to help, they present as unavailable. I find their pricing inconsistant and illogical at times. Example $5.94 for a 6 pack of diet Pepsi or $5.94 for a 12 pack of regular Pepsi or Mt Dew. With people cutting back on sugar or being diabetic like me that comes across as illogical.

There is a very helpful young lady in the Electronics Department named Morgan, she is very smart and polite. There is a super nice stock boy named Randy that helps me reach stuff whenever I see him.

The new remode is ridiculous they got rid of a lot. The layout does not fit the store. You always have to be turning or something trying too hard to match other stores. The clothes are unintractive and wish they carry bigger sizes up to 5x or 6x in store And the new colors they went with just makes it look dark and depressing.

Trash. Placed a pickup order and sent my fiance to pick it up. Got all the way home and gave us someone else's order. Had to drive all the way back and employees didn't even apologize for their mistake.

When I was getting a drone product, it was clearly been open with dirt on its fans, zipties been broking, and the seal ripped off I was trying to see if I can get it marked down for damage box and product may not work. But the head cashier/manager is willing to rip off me as a customer. I wonder if any other electronics such as this and others are broken. To anyone who sees this Be careful what you buy here.
