So it's New Years Eve 2023, the time now is 11:50 pm. I placed an order online from Walmart this afternoon for a steak, orange juice, mountain dew and a cheap bottle of champagne to make a very weak Mimosa since I'm not a drinker and I just wanted a sip of something to celebrate the new year. The order was to be delivered a little after 8:00 pm. Around 8:30 I get a text saying that my order has been delayed by 2 hours. Although I am looking forward to my once or twice a year steak, I will have to wait for the delivery. By 10:50 still no order, so I call customer service and was notified by a very sypathetic man that Walmart had no drivers and my order is not coming. So at this point, I have no dinner at all and nothing to celebrate with. This is just one of the many delivery issues that I have had with the Michigan ave. Walmart. Deliveries to the wrong address multiple times, deliveries that never arrived at all, deliveries that I've had to chase down and explain to the home owners that I'm really not a porch pirate that I am picking up my own stuff from their home. Good grief! But tonight got me, now I am going to bed without my coveted dinner, and no celebratory sip of champagne. Now it's midnight so Happy New Year Walmart!

This pharmacy’s ,this the best place to come and get your prescriptions all the staff, are super nice and professional,I been coming to this place for many years never been disappointed, I got there today Stephanie, one of the pharmacy tech said to me as soon I was walking to the counter we have your prescription, but your birthday is incorrect wow she even remember my date of birth, she is amazing, I recommend this place to everyone, I just love, love everyone here it this location

Don't order from the Deli or Bakery! They both got my order wrong! They even wrote down the wrong dates! As for the Deli, I asked for 3 six foot subs: one turkey, one ham and one roast beef. I ended up getting all three six foot subs with all three meats on them. The bakery contacted me three times about my order! A week before I picked up the subs they called me to tell me to pay for it in advance. Why couldn't they have told me when I ordered them! Both departments there are disorganized and write down the wrong information.

Literally the slowest service and they never ever have any cashiers no matter the time of the day. The people work so slow and barely know how to do their jobs. If you wanna wait in line for over an hour every single Time go to this Walmart.

Terrible, just terrible customer service. I just got back from Wal-Mart looking for gifts for my nephew and I needed some help with getting a Nintendo game from the electronic section asking around looking for help I came across many employees but only one actually listened, I asked him if I could have some assistance for the game that I wanted they said "Yeah sure we'll send someone over" after waiting around 30 minutes no one came by so I decided to walk around in the area and ask another employee, they said the same thing still no one came around, this store is full of employees but not actually willing to help. No one ever came around i just left and headed to target which was also full like Walmart but at target the employees actually helped and weren't like "we will send someone" instead they actually went to were you need help and helped you out. I understand how it's full with holidays and stuff but with that many employees there should be more help.

Great experience for me. Staff was friendly. Items were in stock. Aisles were clear and clean. Here to get the things we needed after a trip to the hotel .... Easy self checkout experience. (I needed some stuff I forgot to pack for visiting this weekend) wasn't too far from our hotel. Staff was friendly Respectfully, Bryan Yukon, Oklahoma

This is one of the worst Walmart I have ever been to! Dirty Understaffed Rude And terribly organized! I would be embarrassed as a business owner to have this store representing my brand name! I will literally go to 5 different stores to get everything I need than to deal with this Walmart!

During my trip tonight to walmart, I saw a total of 4 walmart employees with absolutely NO mask on. not on their face, not on their necks, no in their person, NO WHERE IN SIGHT. Including the SEVERAL and by several, I mean give or take a dozen employees who didn't even have the masks covering their noses. Even if you'd talk to an employee to ask for directions to a certain place or even make eye contact, they did not even attempt to cover their faces. This is disgusting. ADULT EMPLOYEES. In the MIDDLE of an ongoing pandemic that has been here for nearly a year. Things have not changed & I would not be surprised if this location would be a hot spot for covid infestation. Please do not bring your children or elders to this establishment as they clearly do not care at all. 90% of customers I saw shamelessly wore no masks. Even sat around with fellow employees, still no mask. Employees were not enforcing masks to be worn amongst themselves or the customers. This place should be shut down. Really proving the stigma to be true that walmart is a white trash crap hole! Grow up.

What's the point of ordering in advance if I have to wait in a slowly-moving line with no distancing indicators on the floor and people with masks on their chins? After 20 minutes, I decided to walk through the store to find the item I had already ordered, go to self-checkout to pay for it again, then cancel the original online order from my car while sitting in the parking lot. I won't be returning.
