Moved my prescription to the Joy road and newburg location and it’s a huge difference! The pharmacy there is much better and well managed.

Horrible experience attempting to pick up a prescription in the drive through. Total time spent was approximately 35-45 minutes. When it was finally our turn, we had to wait quite a while. We noticed there was also a long line inside. It appeared there was only one cashier. However, the cashier was only helping customers inside. Even though we were waving our arms, honking the horn, we were ignored. When we finally got the prescription, they walked away before having the drawer closed. So, we had to wait, once again, for someone to finally come back and slide the drawer back in so we could safely pull away. I won’t go back!

Very wasteful customer service .. I waited 25 to 30 minutes for a watch. All the staff are talking to each other and telling me there is no key. No one has the key to open the door of the watch section... Finally I realized that no one is going to help me. So I just went out without buying.

Horrible customer service. They don't smile or say hi. They act like your a burden. The manager is even Rude. Can't even ask them a simple question without them having a attitude.

i've been sick for the last week. i went on sunday to pick up a prescription after going to urgent care and they said nothing ever got sent over and that i have to call my dr. called urgent care back and asked if they sent it and they said they they did but they'll resend it. called them back and told them they resent it and they said i'd have to wait an hour to an hour and a half. it was very irritating bc i'm sick and sitting in their parking lot for two hours. then today i had to go back to get more prescriptions bc my sickness won't clear up. i decided to call them before going to actually pick it up since ik they never have my prescriptions ready when i get there and i had to sit on hold for a half hour which was annoying but whoever i talked to seemed nice once she got around to being able to answer.

if i could rate this place 0 stars i would. every single time i go to the pharmacy it's like an hour+ wait. even if it's just one car. worst it's been is probably 2-3 hours. then after waiting all that time they never have my prescriptions and i have to call my dr's to make sure it was sent (they've always been sent) then i have to go sit back in line for another hour minimum after my dr resent the prescription. idk what their issue is with filling my prescriptions but they have also refused to fill several of my meds bc they didn't want to and i had to call my dr and explain everything. for example, one time i was miscarrying and having complications so my dr prescribed me misoprostal i think. they refused to fill it even after explaining i was in the hospital for this and they needed me to take this to get the miscarriage to finish since and for the severe bleeding to stop since my body wasn't doing it fully on its own. i had to call my dr and they had to talk to them so i was allowed to get the meds. i think the pharmacist i talked to was against "abortions" and figured that's why i needed the meds (not the case.) and refused them.

Very distressing experience at Walgreens the employees are disrespectful, especially during urgent and critical moments, are deeply upsetting. Talia and Dominic's behavior toward me and my wife while seeking urgent medicine for your five-day-old premature baby was unacceptable and insensitive. Their rudeness not only fails to meet the expected standard of customer service but also lacks the necessary empathy and understanding required in such sensitive situations.During such vulnerable times, empathy, support, and swift assistance are crucial. Being met with disrespect and rudeness in a critical situation like seeking urgent medicine for a newborn is distressing and unacceptable. This experience just added unnecessary stress to an already challenging moment. It's essential that establishments like Walgreens prioritize compassionate and respectful customer service, especially when dealing with urgent medical needs. Do not go here!

Stay away from this walgreens after 8pm. Went in to load my chime card and I had to search for a customer service person to help me cash out. So why does the cashier and the manager tell me THE STORE MANAGER SAID THEY CANT LOAD CHIME CARD AFter 7pm. Not TRUE I called another walgreens and they said they are suppose to honor chime cards up until close. Workers don't get to pick and chose what time to close down stores or cash registers. Oh was also in there 2 weeks ago and had to look for a customer service person then too I am done with this walgreens

Review for photo dept and manager. I placed an online order and paid ahead of time. Typically, at other locations, I am able to pick up my order at the photo desk, they scan the items and I'm free to go. This time, I was directed to the front cashier to have my photo items scanned which was fine...until it wasn't. Granted the cashier was still in training, however, a mistake on her part (which she admitted to later) led her manager accusing me of not having paid for my order yet, then aggresively demanding a second transaction on my card (worth $50+) right then and there. Mind you, this is after I had calmly explained the situation and showed my digital confirmation and receipt. I have no issues with the cashier (but if she had realized her mistake sooner, we could have avoided this poor experience). The manager, even after realizing the mistake was on her staff's end did nothing to acknowledge her own poor attitude and accusatory behavior. Do better. Seek photo business elsewhere.

This place needs improvement in its service. I wish there's another Walgreens in this area. I use the photo department most of the time and they consistently mess up my orders. I've ended up with other people's photos mixed in my envelope a few times. Additionally, there have been occasions when my order was marked as ready but they couldn't locate it, forcing me to wait for a reprint. I think I'm done with this place.

Scheduled an appointment for a vaccine and waited over an hour. Someone before me in the queue had been waiting for almost two hours when we helped the staff realize that their paperwork had gone missing and they were never going to be called on.Staff seemed stressed and overworked, their systems / processes are clearly not working well.Would not recommend.

My husband and I just got our Covid-19 booster and Flu shot and the young man that gave our shots was Fantastic. His ability to give shots and not make them hurt was amazing. I didn't even know he gave me the Covid shot. I still didn't believe it until the next morning with my arm hurts lately his name was Jud Knott he said they shorten his first name. if you're getting a shot, find out if he's working and get it from him, you won't be disappointed. This company needs to hold onto him and pay him a lot more.
