Our Moms prescription was sent electrically on Thursday morning…we went to pick it up for her (From out of town) and were informed it wouldn’t be ready until Friday afternoon! Absolutely ridiculously poor service and now we have to make another trip tomorrow.

This is the worst pharmacy in town. Their customer service is nonexistent, and they are consistently slow and late in filling prescriptions. I’ve switched all my family and friends to Kroger or Meijer pharmacies.

I wanted to give a big shot to Keith in the photo department at Walgreens in Canton. He called to let me know that they were out of the canvas for my photos. Which meant I didn't have to drive all the way to the store and waste gas. Then he called when they were ready to be picked up.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. Called twice to tell us prescription was available. Went twice, and it was not available. Called a week later, and male pharmacist hung up on me! Crazy! Have never been treated so disrespectfully!

Horrible customer service at the photo center. Half of the pictures we had printed came out blurry and they wouldn’t reprint them. Claimed it was due to the size of the picture but had no issues with other half that were printed the same way. Super rude. Never coming back again.

I think this pharmacy must be owned by a family now because everyone who works there looks the same and now I am being treated terribly every time I try to get my medication filled they make me feel like a criminal. They say that it’s gonna be ready by a certain time and then, say they’re out of stock when I show up for it. It’s like they’re picking and choosing who To fill medication for and not to. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for two years and just the last few months all of these changes has happened.

The worst Walgreens by far....I used Walgreens for over 20 years....not anymore...always long lines in the drive through....poor communications.....they tell you to come back and it is either not in stock are they still did not fill it yet...if out of town and try to pick it out they say they re shelf it and need to come back later. They are close down for lunch and black out the time. So when it is convenient to pick up your meds their eating lunch and will not help you .... The pharmacist is rude and not understanding the need to fill your medication.... I will take my business to canton pharmacy....they are like an old family pharmacy. Very helpful and will mail the medicine if you can't pick it up....true customer service.

I went to Walgreens for a curbside pickup, and my experience was disappointing. When the associate came out with the cart, she didn’t come directly to my car but instead walked around with it. When I asked if the order was mine and gave her my name, she confirmed, but instead of placing the items in my trunk (which was already open), she just pushed the cart behind my car and walked away, saying, ‘You’re all set.’
At most stores, curbside pickup involves the associate placing items in the car, so I was surprised by her behavior. I wasn’t sure if she was upset or if there was another reason for her actions. I considered going inside to speak with the manager, but another customer outside warned me that this location has a reputation for treating customers poorly.
Ultimately, I had to get out of my car to load the items myself and return the cart to the store. I called Walgreens afterward to clarify their curbside pickup procedure, and they confirmed that associates are indeed supposed to load the items into customers’ cars.
It’s disappointing when customers are mistreated like this, especially when it’s a standard part of their service. I won’t be returning to this Walgreens and would recommend checking out other nearby options if you need something.

Pharmacists at this location are refusing to fill prescriptions. Don't people get fired for not doing their job? Complaints to the company headquarters don't do any good. Its insanity.

Bad and pricey passport pictures which got rejected and had to have taken them again from elsewhere. They use ancient digital camera and gray (not white) cloth as background. Stay way for passport photos, lodged complaint but no response.
