Sometimes good Sometimes not so great. But they did fill a prescription for me when I called 8 minutes before they closed and asked if I could make it. When I got there they were closing the window at that moment, but saw me and still hooked me up because they knew I was coming. It was really awesome of them. But a week before they had my prescription for over a day and never alerted me, so I had it sent somewhere else because I didn't think it was sent. When I called tge other local they said it had already been filled and was waiting for me, but when I called they said they did have the medication. I got upset and told them what the other location said and they did fill it

Review for photo dept and manager. I placed an online order and paid ahead of time. Typically, at other locations, I am able to pick up my order at the photo desk, they scan the items and I'm free to go. This time, I was directed to the front cashier to have my photo items scanned which was fine...until it wasn't. Granted the cashier was still in training, however, a mistake on her part (which she admitted to later) led her manager accusing me of not having paid for my order yet, then aggresively demanding a second transaction on my card (worth $50+) right then and there. Mind you, this is after I had calmly explained the situation and showed my digital confirmation and receipt. I have no issues with the cashier (but if she had realized her mistake sooner, we could have avoided this poor experience). The manager, even after realizing the mistake was on her staff's end did nothing to acknowledge her own poor attitude and accusatory behavior. Do better. Seek photo business elsewhere.

Scheduled an appointment for a vaccine and waited over an hour. Someone before me in the queue had been waiting for almost two hours when we helped the staff realize that their paperwork had gone missing and they were never going to be called on.Staff seemed stressed and overworked, their systems / processes are clearly not working well.Would not recommend.

I would give 0 if possible! Shame on Ford company to contract with a pharmacy that can’t maintain its supply. Never have the medication in stock, don’t notify patient when they can’t refill the Rx, can’t verify with physicians any unclear instructions and leave it for patients to call themselves, delay patient care and treatment and cause them to be go to ER?

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Understaffed and incompetent. Always messed up in auto renewal and auto payment. Used to be good, stay away from it

My husband and I just got our Covid-19 booster and Flu shot and the young man that gave our shots was Fantastic. His ability to give shots and not make them hurt was amazing. I didn't even know he gave me the Covid shot. I still didn't believe it until the next morning with my arm hurts lately his name was Jud Knott he said they shorten his first name. if you're getting a shot, find out if he's working and get it from him, you won't be disappointed. This company needs to hold onto him and pay him a lot more.

Went in to pick up photos I ordered and 3 people couldn't figure out how to use the register. When I got home and looked at the photos most of them were messed up as if the photo paper wasn't in the machine correctly

Zero stars. This Walgreens is always the worst. They have horrible attitudes and are always unfriendly and slow. Seems most of the staff start off whatever interaction they're having with an aggressive and unfriendly tone. Even the manager could use some lessons on just plain treating people with some kindness. I understand not everyone is kind to retail workers but sometimes the retail workers need to remember that not everyone they interact with deserves the attitude that they gave me and 2 other customers I witnessed today.

The pharmacists here are always so rude and always have an attitude whenever a customer asks for help. Sucks that this is the closest location near me because otherwise I would be using a different pharmacy

Crazy long lines, script is always delayed or messed up, some rude staff. Nothing is EVER smooth.

The staff at this Walgreens location are not friendly (rude even) and seem bothered when customers ask for help. I have been ordering my photos from here for years, but this past year the customer service has gone so downhill! I will no longer be using this location for my photo orders.

You will experience serious waiting times each and every instance that you call the pharmacy. I have experienced wait times of 35-55 mins each time I've called in a prescription or to simply speak to someone. They need to hire more people.

We were scheduled to get our second shingles vaccine here. First, they can't find a key to unlock the "nurse center" then when we get inside it is a mess. We won't be back. Why would you allow this to occur, there is a CVS, or Rite-Aid on every other corner. Based on previous reviews, Walgreens needs to change management here or just close up shop. Your reputation is everything, why has upper management not responded?
