Very disappointed in the decline of both service and sales. We have purchased two cars here, but would not do so again. We are tied to a service contract but certainly not bring any other cars here for service.

Went in to buy 2 tires and have two tires brand new we had installed and they only put on the tires we brought in.
The appointment was for 12 noon and it was 5:00 by the time we realized what had happened and we went back to have the other two put on.
Worst service we’ve ever had. I have bought three cars in there over the last 15 years.

Easy to make an appointment for replacing my battery, was in and out in 30 minutes. Pricing was transparent as well.

I like Toyota's a lot. Sometimes they can be pushy, but this place gave me the best car I've ever had. Even gave me a discount last time when the printer was out! Do appreciate the prices of their repairs, even if it is a dealership. I think I paid about as much as a jiffy lube last time I was there.

BEWARE. DO NOT LEASE FROM THEM. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. Tried leasing a RAV4 XLE with a price tag of $33900. When the manager gave me the lease sheet he wanted $668 per month for 36 month when the price should have been around $366. When I asked for an explanation he was perplexed that I knew more about leases than he did. He couldn’t pass a fast one in me.
