I came in hot and horrible on this humid Thursday.
Wish I would’ve gotten the gentleman’s name (light skin, light eyes, dreads and seemingly very experienced)
that helped me because he deserves a raise.
Not only did he go above and beyond but he completely turned my attitude around. Although there wasn’t much he could do for my car he was beyond helpful and understanding of my frustration.
I quickly apologized for my bad attitude and my ugly energy. He was beyond professional, helpful and understanding.
Will return for regular maintenance with my new vehicle

Never again. I took my Dodge dart in for a quick oil change and it ended up being over 100.00 and they didn't even top off fluids or air in tires...I shouldn't of paid it!!!

If you care about your vehicle DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! THE TECHNICIANS ARE RUDE AND INCAPABLE OF PROPERLY CONDUCTING A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE!!!! DO NOT BOTHER CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE THE OWNER DAN IS JUST AS RUDE. I TOOK MY TRUCK HERE FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE WHEN I DROVE OF MY OIL PRESSURE GAUGE WAS FLUCTUATING ALL OVER THE PLACE OF COURSE I GO BACK ONLY TO BE RUDELY TOLD ITS NOT THERE FAULT BUT MIND YOU I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM UNTIL JASON DID MY OIL CHANGE PLEASE LET THIS PLACE GO OUT OF BUSINESS SO THEY WILL STOP HARMING PEOPLE CARS AND TRUCKS

Stripped the crushing nut with the drain plug from over tightening on my VW CC. It was leaking a bunch of oil so I had to get it towed to my mechanic. They had to install a new drain plug but also had to put in new oil which cost me out of my own pocket. I called to try getting reimbursed, and they said I should’ve brought it in to them, when I don’t even know what the cause of the oil leak was yet until I went to my own mechanic. I’m not paying for a tow to drive around back and forth to accommodate for a horrible policy of seeing the vehicle for themselves before any damages are repaired. They offered a free oil change for next time, when I’m obviously not coming back.

I went here for the 1st time 10/10/23. Paid $76.50 for a high mileage oil change. The receipt says they checked my fluids and I ok'd some stuff that was not asked (like wipers & tire rotation) I went and got my brakes done and I didn't have a lick of antifreeze in my car. It says they inspected it. If they did they should have told me that. They also said they added washer fluid. They did not.. it's my responsibility to watch my fluids but they should have also like it says they did.
