This is the most unprofessional Verizon store I have ever been to. The staff is absolutely disgusting, they refuse to give you any form of assistance unless you’re buying new phones. Waited for an hour just to ask a simple question, waited that long because I wasn’t there to purchase anything. Also heard a salesman lying to customers about pricing….God forbid you go in to ask a question about your bill price is suddenly so high, they’d rather argue with you than give you answers. Trash.

They're clueless at this store. No training in services (Visible) that verizon supplies. Visible sent me to them and they told me there's nothing they can do LMAO....so professional it hurts my gut HAHAHAaaaa - I guess they're only courteous IF you spending big money *shrugs*

Update as of 12/13:Despite your response on escalation, I'm yet again speaking to customer service as the trade which was guaranteed process still doesnt show in my account. The trade value was taken away. Thanks for nothing yet again.This is the most ridiculous set of employees and manager that Ive ever experienced. After cancelling orders incorrectly, then dealing with Verizon sending me alerts that the in-store trade in was never received, I'm told by the store employees that I quote "I never call Verizon" and when I asked for help figuring out why Verizon is sending me emails and the mobile app is incorrect. The best I have is a today printed receipt and told that if I want to figure out why Verizon's information is inaccurate that "I take that up with customer support". How this location is an official Verizon store location and not an authorized retailer is baffling.

Went with lots of questions and confusion. But luckily we had a great representative to help answer everything. Her name was Cierra and she was a great help. I went to 3 Verizon's stores and she was the only person who didn't make me feel stupid, and was patient with me. I appreciate her help and her honesty.

Needed to upgrade our phones. Lots of staff available to help and we were able to get our phones upgraded. The gal we worked with was super friendly and was great to chat with while we were waiting for our phones. Always great to have nice and happy customer service staff!

Came here 3 times and they make you wait for hours. Terrible service. They don't tell you how long the wait is and the service is pretty slow.
Want to switch to another service so badly.

I went in Friday received a quote and scheduled an appointment to switch over phone plan. Unfortunately, I had to schedule it for an earlier time. I went in at 11:40am. The appointment was at noon. Was told to scan a QR code and someone will be with me shortly. Waited till 12:25pm (which I understand it is busy on Saturdays) but please tell me how I waited and the lady that "helped" me was clearly not interested in helping me switch my phone plan. She gave me a list of things that I needed to do before handed and said that it would take 24 hours to have our phones unlocked without even attempting to look if our phones were locked or not (i had to forcefully give her all the phone or else she wouldn't have checked). I had switch phone plans before with lock phones and it only took a few hours for the process to go through. She then told me I need a transfer code, account numbers, etc basically everything i could have EASILY obtain but she clearly didn't want to give me the time. So i'm suppose to wait but then when it comes to my turn no one wanted to help me? Gave me a bunch of papers and the general vibe was she wanted me to leave. She didn't ask me if I wanted to switch. The quotes that she provided me was completely different from what I was told yesterday. Someone somewhere clearly lied to me but it was a very frustrating experience for someone that was interested in becoming a customer. never thought I was going to be denied service like that. Didn't want to explain anything.
