We have loved our stay at Uptown! The office staff and management are fantastic!! The pool and fitness center are great! Grounds are well maintained. Work orders are always taken care of quickly! Highly recommend!

I've lived in more than 15 residences throughout my life, and this is by far the best ever, it is a clean neighborhood, absolutely no noise whatsoever and maintenance requests are handled promptly, in less than 24 hours.
They care about renovations and keeping the buildings tidy year around. I got my whole kitchen renovated with new and better appliances.
They offer an internet fiber service, their clubhouse and pool are the best I've ever seen.
There is also a free gas grill by the clubhouse.

Great community and apartments. I had a very smooth process and I love living in Uptown. the apartments are all up to date, there is a small market close to the complex. walking distance to school.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Management is some of the most rude people l've met.
The only one with any real sense and respect is Danielle, the woman we signed with. I have had soooo many issues since moving in. My garage door has broken twice, dishwasher has NEVER worked properly and still doesn't a year later. They won't replace it. My bathroom has flooded and I was expected to clean up the mess from the flood with my towels and cleaning supplies.
Very unprofessional maintenance, that are also very rude. My boyfriend went to retrieve our key cause he left his in the car at the dealership. And he was met with
"well maybe he shouldn't forget his key" like are you kidding!!! Your job isn't to question! It's amazing to me that some of those people still work there. We have changed our lease to month to month and are ACTIVELY looking for somewhere else to live because of the front office alone. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

The maintenance team at Uptown Canton provides great service. On a Saturday evening, my AC stopped working in 90 degree weather. I called in with an emergency maintenance request, and within one hour, Steve had arrived, diagnosed, and fixed the issue—all while being called in after hours. That’s excellent service!

I recently needed a fix to my apartment and Steve and Curtis went above and beyond to help me! They not only arrived within 10 minutes of me placing my call for help but they also fixed the issue without pause! Curtis and Steve are an absolute asset to Uptown and during my time living here they not only get the job done but they do it right! I greatly appreciate their hard work and they without a doubt deserve a raise!

Been living here for about 6 months. Love the environment because of the location and pool but office staff could be more friendly. Never had problems with leasing office personnel until I moved here.

it has been well. The staff is great and friendly, the amenities cannot be beat. However, the noise level is very high. I can always hear the people above me. In addition, I have had my packages stolen from my doorstep, the police have done a check on my neighor, and banged on my door late at night due to this.
