I came into this location last week (Aug 7, early afternoon) to ship laptops back to my employer and the staff that helped me was fantastic. Turns out my employer gave me the wrong address but today (Aug 15) I spoke with a super helpful and kind employee, Daelyn (sorry if I butchered your name ☹️), and she was able to get the package rerouted to the proper address. Seamless. A huge thank you and we hope UPS gives you all a nice raise or bonus to keep you around!!

Employees got snarky with me when I ask questions about Amazon orders. Then they gaslit me into thinking that I had to call them. I ended up wasting a bunch of time here. Don't go here. This is a horrible store.

I’ve been going to the UPS store located on Michigan Ave and Canton Center Rd for years and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I sometimes have a package to drop off and I will pass other locations to go to that particular location because I know I will get great service.
