If I could give 0 stars I would. This business is a joke. They went into contract with my Assisted Living to pick up our urine samples and run them AND to send a phlebotomist weekly to draw blood and run that blood work. Without notice, they changed management and never notified their clients. They just stopped showing up one day to do our blood work. When called regarding it they said they fired their phlebotomist and don’t plan on hiring another. Per our contract we are to receive a 30 day written notice to cease any services which we’ve never received. Their own sales director stopped by and bashed the company saying it’s ran poorly. Then when called regarding a urine needing to be picked up, they said they can no longer do that either. Again, without any written or verbal notice. My legal team will be getting involved. This company has no business being a company at all. Ran very very poorly.

Blood test results , never send to providers office , called multiple times spent more than 5 hours only for talking multiple staffs for my result , no one responded properly after two weeks asked to come and get result . I will be informing to my insurance never recommend this place any one .

I had an appointment this morning at 9am for a covid test. I did show up early, 8:50, and called as soon as I got there and no one answered. Which was fine, they don't open until 9. I then called again several times after 9 and still no answer. It wasn't until 9:08 when I got frustrated and began to leave did an employee show up and enter the building. Now, instead of losing just 30 minutes out of my work day to get a test done, I get to lose another 30 later when I go somewhere more professional for a test. Maybe if you open at 9, your first employee should get there a little before then.

I needed a Covid test to travel internationally and I had an extra piece of paper work that needed to be filled out by the doctor in order to travel. I called and asked specifically if they would be able to do that for me which they said they could. When I went in person for my test I was told that the doctor was out but that I could come the next day in the morning and he’d sign it. However, even though I had originally called to double check and then in person was told I could just come again the next day, when I went in to get my form filled out I was informed that their doctor was out of state or possibly out of the country.

Used this location ~5 times for COVID PCR testing. Very professional and efficient staff, quick and accurate results, easy in and out. Highly recommend.

I've had 5 tests done here so far, all were fortunately covered by my insurance. This place is fast, the longest I've ever waited to get my test done is about 5 minutes.

I’m really disappointed in my experience with getting a PCR test at this location. I’ve had Rapid tests at places like CVS where they kindly explain what and how to do it, and are careful to swab each nostril for fifteen seconds each.I just went this morning to UM MED for a PCR test and the individual working there didn’t explain anything, so I wasn’t even sure if I was swabbing or she would swab. But, more so than that, she only swabbed one nostril for 3 seconds. That’s it. I was very confused and assumed I must’ve misunderstood how long one should swab a PCR test for. Anyways, because I’m not going to trust the results of this test (one nostril for three seconds?), I had to sign up for another test at CVS. I just got back from that CVS test where the person working explained to me what to do and emphasized to swab both nostrils for 15 seconds each. Very very different than what I received at UM Med.While this place does offer a quick turnaround time, what good is that if I am not confident it will be accurate if 1) the individual didn’t explain to me what she was doing and 2) explain why it was so much shorter and not in two nostrils like every online source I read says it should be? I feel like it’s basic etiquette to just ask a person if they’ve gotten a PCR test before or if this is their first one. Perhaps there was something unique about UM Med’s tests. However, none of that was explained to me as a recipient of care, and so I left feeling very uncertain and anxious.

Update: they no longer have drive throughEasy drive up COVID PCR Testing site. I called when I was down the street and was able to get an appointment for 10 minutes later. When I parked Doug came out and did my test. Total time there was less than a 7 minutes.I will be back in a few days to get retested (I was exposed). Thankful I found this place. The lady who set my appointment was nice, Doug was nice. Everything was smooth and I got my results same day a few hours later!

My family and I went here to get COVID tested thinking we did not have to get out of our car or make an appointment…as it states on the Google page. This is not a drive through testing, you must wait outside in line and you need to make an appointment before. Thankfully the workers were nice and let us get swabbed without an appointment. I would recommend people to get tested here. Everything was quick and the people were polite.

This place made getting tested for COVID-19 very simple and easy. I was able to go to the site for the testing just 1 hour after calling to book an appointment, once I got there, the testing itself took less than 15 minutes. The staff there were very respectful and kind. As they said, I got my test results by midnight that day. I would definitely recommend going here.

Between my family and I we’ve been here dozens of times throughout the pandemic (most of the time due to work and school requirements) and they are the best place to get a quick and accurate covid test.Most of the time we just drive up without appointments and they meet us at the car for a quick swab and provide simple follow up instructions and we’d be done in 10 minutes or less. Lately due to the new surge they were compelled to require appointments which can usually be done the same day. That being said, I think it’s only a temporary rule and they will soon return to drive up without appointments.Overall their staff has always been very professional and polite in spite of the difficult working conditions and their lab provides PCR results faster than anyone. Results arrive the same day if tested before 1:00 PM (website says noon) or between midnight and 6:00 AM if tested later in the afternoon.I’m only knocking one star off because sometimes it can be tough getting through for a same day appointment on their busy phone lines during peak covid periods. That being said, they are still my go to team. Wayyyyy better than the Beaumont Urgent care up the road that will easily take up several hours of your day and require you to see their urgent care doctor when all you want is a swab n go.

Quick, easy stay in your car COVID testing with same day PCR results. It looks like they do other tests as well. When I was in line, a man drove around asking to make sure everyone had an appointment and the time. Be sure you book before you come! I used a third party app but you can also call. Once I got to the front of the line, a man asked again what time my appointment was, then directed me to a parking spot. Presently, someone came out to take my insurance, ID, and the. Returned to swab myself and my daughter. Several cars who pulled up after me were looked into first, making my wait longer, but it was only about 45 minutes total, which wasn't bad at all. The best part was I was able to get appointments the evening before hand and same day appointments were an option as well.

We needed to be tested for international travel and we were concerned about getting an appointment somewhere and how soon results would be ready since the demand for testing is currently so high. This place saved the day for us! Line for walk-ins was crazy busy but since we were lucky to secure appointments, we breezed past and were seen in a timely matter from the comfort of our car. Top notch experience and got our results the same day since we were tested by noon. Called a couple of times later that night and the employees answered all my questions and were patient with me despite them being swamped. Can’t recall his name unfortunately, but the tech that administered our PCR tests was very polite and thorough. Def recommend this facility for your testing needs!
