My experience was good. At first, I thought I might get stuck dealing with both iBreakuFix and Samsung, but the iBreakuFix team was amazing. They fixed my phone problem quickly and without any hassle. Thanks to them. I totally recommend their services.

Appreciate the fast service. However, I was surprised at how much I was charged for the cleaning of the phone that took 5 minutes, and did not receive a receipt. The previous time I was there I was not charged that much. Should have ask how much before service and ask for receipt.

Not qualified to replace a screen protector, how could they be qualified to fix a phone?
Twice now in the last week my wife's Z Flip 5 has had its screen protector replaced, and twice now it has de-laminated within 24 hours of the "repair".
The first time they lied about it taking less than an hour and made us wait for 3+ hours instead.
Honestly some of the most incompetent service I've ever had.
Would not recommend for anything, they can't even get the simplest type of repair correct.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! I had my screen replaced on a Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra and was finished within a few hours (they even put on a liquid screen protector I purchased for me)

The one in Dearborn has a rude associate. The tall white man with glasses and a hat. He was impersonal, and didn't even try to help me figure things out. He just acted rushed, and wanted to help the next customer, which there was only one behind me.

Very nice people. I went to fix my iPhone which has some debris stuck from broken charger pin. They just did it for free. I am taking my broken iPad to them again. Pretty sure they do a good job fixing it.
