October 2023 by Perfect Care Medical Staffing
Let me start by saying I world give then a negative one-million if I could! They really had me fooled! When I met with Tutor Time they gave me and my daughter a great impression of the place and what they want you to think it is, so I decided to go with it. The first and last day for my daughter was a real eye opener! Walked through door and there was 3 staff members at front desk, only 1 of the 3 greeted my family, weird but ok, as we’re e standing at desk her dad hears a staffing member yelling at a child, and first thing he spoke was you find anything! Meaning the place wasn’t to his standards for our daughter, I questioned him and wanted to know why he said that and he said you didn’t hear the way the staff yelled at that child? I said no because I didn’t being that I was speaking with one of the other staff. That was the first flag! Then we’re showed to the play area where the other children were, we stood out there for a minute before we left our daughter, why because the “teacher” looked like she just rolled out of bed and came to work, didn’t want to be there, again didn’t greet us; it was 2 of them 2nd flag! Then the last straw, being that I signed my daughter up there strictly for social skills, learning, evolving and things on that line in which I specified that! I don’t need a day care my daughter can stay at home, but the fact that they put the kids down for “nap” is not what I intended to pay for. But no worries the little ones be tired I’m sure, my daughter is 2years old and takes a nap daily, but the fact that I tuned in to the live video footage that’s in the classroom and I see my daughter sleep but it’s when she woke up that has me, she set for a minute I’m sure trying to familiarize herself, then she gets off the cot and try to walk around but was stopped and I assume redirected being that she went back and set down, ok why is it that she has to lay down if she’s ready to get up after being sleep 45mins or an hour? 3 flag! Then I see another little child get up as well and the way the teacher grabbed him by his are and forced him to lay down had me out done! Not only that as she’s walking through she pushes multiple cots with a child laying on it with her foot now if that wasn’t the most rudest disrespect I don’t know what is. Ok then my daughter begins to cry now; remind you that I’m watching all this on the live camera view! And the fact that I’m not at work and was able to just watch the live view is what helped me, but I know most parents are at work and don’t have the time to watch the live view but may just peek in here and there, which that’s the reason the children are there is scary, I can only imagine what goes on! Now my daughter is crying for a little minute and wasn’t acknowledged by not one staff! I left the house immediately! And when I walked in the room and my baby yells mommy crying and say they MEAN! It broke my heart! Again not one teacher said anything to me, don’t know me from a can of paint so I could have very well been a stranger. We got all of her things and we left! the fact that it’s her first day and you don’t acknowledge her, not cater to but just acknowledge is something I will not tolerate! And I don’t even normally leave reviews but I had to because there are innocent children there who can’t speak up for themselves and parents that can monitor the live video all day as I was able to, but I honestly encourage you to, because you never know what theses people be doing to our children! You can’t hear the Audio but you can see! Last thing my daughter loves playing with kids but I ask her the next day you wanna go to school and play with the kids and she said no! I gotta believe all the flags that I seen! And I will not send her back!

My first born went to tutor time for 2.5 years before going into kindergarten at pccs. Now my second born is going to preschool there. I do like the teachers and staff there! Their tuition is very reasonable compared to others. I highly recommend it!

I had a tour scheduled and confirmed last week. When I arrived, no one was there to greet us. A parent let us inside the building and we sat and waited for a staff member to at least acknowledge us. (A bit concerning to know that we can just sit in the building for 5/10 min without anyone asking what we needed.) After waiting, I opened the door to a class room and asked if anyone could help. One of the teachers let us know the director was not there, but someone would be able to help us in a few minutes. We waited about another 10 minutes without anyone coming and decided to leave. Unorganized and unprofessional.

We are so excited that today is our LO’s last day here. She consistently went 5+ hours without being offered her bottle or other food. She would normally eat around 7:30am at home and then not be offered food until noon or sometimes even later. Today she wasn’t offered food until 3:30 pm (which she refused, probably because the bottle wasn’t warm enough) and then wasn’t offered anything else for the rest of the day. When confronting the lead teacher about it, she said that sometimes bottles get “pushed back” because other kids are being fed. But for 5 hours?!?There is just no excuse for a 9 month old to go that long without eating.

I first want to say AMAZING!!! I have a daughter who just started in the Toddlers room. The teachers were all so welcoming and pleasant. The management team made us feel so welcomed during the tour! We get updates throughout the day, the teachers communicate very well using the Sprout About app. We are so happy we chose this center.

We really wanted to like this daycare. Our daughter left almost 10 weeks ago and we over paid before leaving and still have not received a refund. It’s interesting how you’re assessed a late fee quickly but there’s no repercussions when the business does not pay you your refund if you overpaid. Book keeping is not up to par. Minimal communication from management. There were always 20 kids in one small classroom and just one or maybe two teachers at most. I don’t think the kids get attention they need. We don’t think we will return unfortunately. Go elsewhere if you can.

I called this place to see if they had room for 1 toddler. The call center I was directed to said yes, but that apparently is not the case. I arrived for a tour and I buzzed for the door to open. Nobody was around but I was buzzed through somehow which is super concerning since they never saw me or asked why I was there or anything else. Apparently all you have to do is buzz and they'll let anybody in. I waited for about 10 minutes for someone to help me but again, nobody was around. I watched one of the classrooms and witnessed a teacher with zero patience scolding kids for being eager for a snack. Finally, someone walked by and told me they'd find someone to help me. I met with someone and I was informed there wasn't room for any kids because they are actively trying to hire staff. I never even received a "tour." I was given a packet of info and basically shoved out the door. I definitely don't recommend such a disorganized, unprofessional mess of a daycare. Look elsewhere.

Excellent daycare, they are very caring and nurturing to my toddler and I wouldn’t trust my child to be anywhere else. They have a professional, reliable and friendly staff of teachers.

Tutor time has been a great place for the care of my two children. Ms. Taquita, Ms. Audrey, and Ms. Makayla are ALWAYS very pleasant and helpful in any situation. Let me not forget how PATIENT they are and have been with my son since the start of us being here a year and a half ago. Thank you greatly ladies, we appreciate it and you. :)The curriculum that they have for the kids is AMAZING, my son comes home all the time having learned something new. Thank you Ms. Ayo for the great job that you do with teaching the children. My daughter is in the infant room and Ms. Rachel and Ms. Sydney are so wonderful. As is everyone that we've encountered. All of the rooms are always clean and organized when the children aren't at play. HAHA. I love their playground and outdoor activities. The Summer camp program is AWESOME as well. In house field trips, as my son is not of age to partake in the outdoor field trips yet.Overall, Tutor Time is AMAZING and all of the staff. A special thanks to everyone there for taking such great care of all of the kids in my opinion. A very special thanks to Ms. Christina, Ms. Katelyn and Ms. Jamila as well...just to name a few. :) I give them a 10 across the board, and would recommend anyone bring their child to this facility. :)

I am writing this review as a parent of two wonderful children that had two very different preschool experiences from the ages of 3-5.My son went to another child care provider from the aga 1-5 and did not truly have good preschool experience. As a working father, I did not see that we were doing as anything wrong. He was in a safe environment however I did not get into the education aspect until we realized that he was NOT ready for Kindergarten. We as a family struggled to keep my son at grade level. We were at the tipping point of having my son repeat kindergarten. He is in the first grade now doing well not great. However, we realized that foundational academic learning is critical to a child's early development. At the same time, we decided to move my daughter (age 3) from the same provider my son was at to Child Time on Cherry Hill. During the year she had a wonderful teacher, Ms. Ayanna, that got her prepared for kindergarten. However, because he was only 4 years in September 2019 old she was not able to start in the 19-20 school year. At the suggestion of the administration of Child Time, we were informed that there was a Young 5’s Pre-K program at the Tutor Time on Canton Center. The school is led by Ms. Taquita whom at the time was only the Assistant Director. However, you could not tell that she wasn’t the Director of the school. The school was well maintained, clean, and the staff was friendly. People knew their job and did their job. All positives, coming from someone who has been in education for several years. We were blessed to have Ms. Tiffany, (who is a proud mom of Military Sons and a true educator) greet my daughter with open arms. We had an initial visit to the school and after the first day, my daughter was truly excited to be in Ms. Tiffany’s class. The children in her class were well behaved and she has total control over the class. Being a mom of sons has truly given her this ability to do so. My daughter is now 5 and she is reading at/above Kindergarten level. Counting to 100’s 2, 5, 10, Counting to 300. Taking Yoga speaking Spanish. Doing at/above Kindergarten Math and is almost ready for 1st-grade math. All of this has been a blessing to our family. I truly have nothing but positive things to say. This is the reason why I want to write this review. If you need more information from me I am only a google search away.Thank you so very much to Ms. Tiffany, Ms. Audrey, Ms. Taquita and all of the staff at Tutor Time. Your jobs are very hard however you are delivering results. I see it every day.Regards,Kanye Gardner

Such a wonderful center. My son just absolutely loves it here. He had difficulty at other centers, but since he’s been here there has been such a change in him. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff on how caring, helpful, and great they are. I would recommend this center to anyone looking for a wonderful place for their child.

We sent our daughter to this center right before she turned into one, and had a wonderful experience when she stayed at infant room. Ms. Rachel and Ms. Jeanene were both very kind and caring. We felt safe and comfortable handed our baby into their hands. After a few months of lockdown, we recently returned to the center. Now she is one and half year old, and into the Toddler room. Again, we enjoyed the atmosphere so far. The teachers are caring and communicative. The activities and curriculum are fun and educational. They also did a good job in terms of safety measures due to the pandemic. Most importantly, our daughter enjoyed the center so far, it took her little time to readjust the lifestyle change.Ms. Taquita, Ms. Audrey, and Ms. Mikaela are always friendly whenever they met us. We felt very welcomed at the center.

My first two children went through tutor time and it was a pleasant experience so when I had my third I knew I would bring him to tutor time.In my time using tutor time, I must say that Taquita has been exceptional as the director at tutor time, the best I have ever worked with. She is very pleasant and easy to talk to. When you walk in that door she always has a smile on her face. She is constantly looking for ways to make your experience at the center better. If any issues are raised she works quickly to assess and correct. Many thanks for putting the well being of my children as a top priority.

My 4yr and 6yr both attend here and love the center. My 6yr old is part of their before and after school program. She loves riding the bus to and from school. She is excited to go every day to see her friends. One day we seen her teacher out at a store and she stopped to talk to my daughter and give her a hug. All around great care day after day.My 4yr old is in their Pre-K class room. She LOVES her teachers and friends. Normally it takes her a very long time to warm up to a new place but she felt comfortable super fast. She also loves doing Yoga and Phonics.I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for child care.
