I’ve been working with Tucker insurance for over 2 years and have had the best experience! My insurance agent, Karli, always goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best coverage at the best price!Beyond my personal experience, I work in the mortgage industry and have referred Karli to multiple clients and family members and she has always taken great care of them!

My wife and I recently reached out to Tucker Insurance Agency for assistance getting new quotes as our prices continued to rise. They were wonderful to work with. We specifically worked with Karli. She was knowledgeable and quick to get back to us with answers to our questions and details on how to proceed with next steps. Most importantly, they were able to save us a substantial amount of money compared to our previous policies. I’ll be recommending Tucker to my friends and family going forward.

They use to be a great agency when there office was in Belleville. It seems like since the moved there office to Canton, there service is terrible. More than once as a current customer I’ve been told they will call me back, and I get no call back. I called 2 weeks ago to question why my rates sky rocketed, I was told “ hmmm, that does seem quite high, I’ll have the agent call you back and we will look for a better policy. I still haven’t gotten a call back. Looks like I’m going to have to get a new insurance agent to get something done.Called the office like you asked me to. (9/16/20). Was told they would look for new insurance, but it would take a week to get back with me. I called Liberty Mutual, got a quote in about 2 minutes, and save $120.00 a month for the same policy that I had with you. I’m no longer with your agency.
