“Tony and the guys here are great. This is the opposite of the classic disgruntled/grumpy/dirty mechanic shop where you're made to feel kinda dumb for not understanding everything or asking about prices.
Not here. First off to book an appointment is a breeze, and precise. When you leave your car there with a problem, you get a text/email with a link that takes you to a full run-down of their diagnosis with 'accept/approve' and 'deny/pass' options with pricing for each item; no hidden nonsense. As a business owner I know that took an investment in tech, and I'm sure its paid off for these guys. Second, you're greeted respectfully and given a run down of the work allowing you to ask any questions; even price breakdown, without getting an attitude. Lastly, though the building is small, they offer you coffee/water, few places to sit, and chat if you want to wait for a simpler service (oil change, etc.).”
