I am surprised; the guy is playing music at such high volume. Asked coffee black . Got cold coffee after telling them that I need fresh . I have been coming to this location since late 90 .

This location is by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at any Tim Hortons. The place was completely empty and I was greeted with total disrespect. Store is no way meeting their sales plan due to the lazy associates they have. I would mention the names of the workers but they tore off their name badges and refused to give their name. It was a white female (I use that term lightly) who looked like a pig and an extremely gay “male”. Will not step foot back in this place.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The owner of this Tim Hortons should be absolutely ashamed for having staff like this working at this establishment. I’ve been going to Tim Hortons of all locations for years and I have never ever experienced nasty, classless, disrespectful service like this. This place is dirty, the food is dirty and the employees are even dirtier. If you want to have decent food and coffee, avoid this place at all costs

I went there a year and 2 months ago to get donuts for my co-poll workers at 5:30 a.m. I will NOT go back! The girl at the counter said she could not make me a sandwich because there wasn't a supervisor there! What? She can't make a sandwich on her own??? Just silly! I told her that I was diabetic and needed something to eat that wasn't sugary, but she wouldn't budge, couldn't do it without help! Then she over charged me for the donuts, shorted the donuts, and when I complained the next day, they said they would make it right. Well, 14 months later they still haven't made it right! Even corporate won't do anything! This is the worst place to go, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

I would have given negative points if it exist. The cashier was very rude. He did not get our orders right and whole two donuts were missing.

Rude lady with blue piercing on the speaker had no patience at all you can tell she is a miserable person who wants other miserable like her screaming and yelling at me using vulgar language at customers is I guess how they get trained to treat customers all because they don’t understand clear instructions but I called corporate because how dumb can you be to try and scream at customers sure this isn’t her first time doing this. If you don’t like you job just quit…

Lol absolute joke of service and coffee. Worker of course, sounded like she didn't want to be there. We ordered a small iced coffee and medium pumpkin iced latte. Both, undrinkable. Both came out a small. Don't come here. Especially if you're visiting from Texas.

Worst place ever. Very rude and nasty staffs. I come here every morning to get coffee for myself and mother. On 11/12/23 at 9:35am the very nasty and rude lady taking my orders from the drive through cuts me off without me finishing my orders. She does that every time and I requested to speak to the manager. The manager came out sounding so nasty and asking me if I wanted my order or not without listening to what I have to say. Part of your job description as a manager is to try and resolve issues but no she was so nasty. I wish I could give this particular place no star because honestly they have really rude and nasty people working there. I took my time to write this because I will never go there again.

I went to order a bagel, and the girl looked at her friend and said some racist remarks thinking I was not from America because of my skin color, but I was born here and been here over 30 years now. After that, she said to just tell me that they don’t want to give me that bagels because they don’t have it but I could clearly see the bagels behind her. I’m so Mad that if it was possible I would’ve give them 0 star review

I went to have breakfast with my 9 yr old step daughter, she picked it and was excited. The sandwich I ordered that was being advertised was not available (Waffle sandwich). 1st strike! After getting our food and a drink we waited for another 5 mins until I asked if we could get our hot chocolate. 2nd strike! Then we witnessed a costumer come in from the drive through because there order was missing something. The person working the counter told the the person that there was nothing she could do because another worker claimed they put everything in their order. The employee started screaming at the customer saying IV already told you 3 times and you better leave before I call the police. The customer never raised there voice and was trying to be polite, they just wanted what they paid for. This made my little one very uncomfortable and unsafe so we left before finishing our food. My family will never use this Tim Hortons again.

Had 5 people hanging out and working by drive thru while they left 1 girl up front to take all of the orders and make all of the drinks.. we could’ve at least ordered our food earlier if one of the 5 people on drive thru took our order.
