You can do some things in the drive thru one day and the teller tells you you can't the next. Also gave me grief over name changes after I got married even tho my name had changed in the system the day before. Other branches are much more consistent with their rules and regulations than this branch. I'll drive 20 minutes to westlands brnch instead of dealing with the people and their inconsistency here

I called three times today 10/26 and spoke to atleast two different people, one who I believe she said her name was laurie, laurie was snippy she was quick to get me off the phone. Not only was I practically begging to open an account, but none of the ladies I spoke with seemed at all interested in my business, and the fact they were short staffed was so noticeable in there tone the entire conversation. On 3 occasions i spoke with "customer service reps" who were of no help and pushed me off with "sign up online our lobby is closed" ok sure i said when i called back with questions they were completely un interested in helping me but more interested in getting me off the phone... THANKS TCF for showing me what im missing out on! Will never pass a dollar through this careless financial institution and highly recommend you guys keep driving a little further down the rd to chase or pnc!

Terrible bank. Their systems don't work and their help desk is useless. I have been trying to get a logon for over a week and now the most recent error is that they are trying to verify the my identity with phone number which does not exist and should have been overwritten. I have wasted over a week

I had a promotion flyer saying if you open a new account with $25000 or more, you will get $300 automatically deposited in the account after 3 months. I opened it with more than $25000 deposited and, now it's month of May, didn't see that $300 deposited in my account. I called, they said that promotion information was NOT in the system. I didn't keep that flyer, because when I opened the account, the lady said she put the information in the account, I will automatically receive it. I trusted her. Guess what, I made a mistake. Also, their mobile deposit/transfer has a daily limit of $1000. I can't even deposit a rent check. Bye TCF. Will never use it.

I personally bank here and someone close to me told me they are suspending their account due to depositing checks? I mean that's what businesses do..either way, there's a certain teller giving people problems and not the whole staff.

Says open till 2pm Christmas eve and you are not.. Another customer said she called and was told you were open till 2pm and you are not. This is Rude, we drove all the way here in this crazy holiday traffic for nothing.

Best bank in America! The staff are great and so helpful! I have been going to this bank for years. They are awesome in so many ways. I have been to other banks, different corporations, as well, and this TCF bank is the best!

I have gone in there multiple times and all the cashiers and the managers are really cooperative and helpful. They seem to know most of the clients by name and even when persons ahead of me are being dealt with I see nothing but professionalism. I have stood in line listening to staff being nothing but patient & understanding which is different than other banks I had patronized in the past. The manager (Ms. Miller) even recognizes me!

Well at first I read the negative reviews and was told by some that this bank was not worth my time. However I've never had a problem and am treated with respect and greeted with a smile everytime I come in.
