Melissa did a wonderful job at helping me find my new phone. She showed me great price options and I found what I needed. I bought the new iPhone 15 plus and it's pink and fabulous. I also got the watch charger and screen protector to (very much needed). thanks T-mobile and Melissa for helping me so much!!

I'm leaving two poor reviews because my experience was that bad. The customer service at this location makes you feel like they'd reveal you're on a hidden camera show and say "JUST KIDDING!" at the end. It is baffling how the staff here get away with such a clear lack of training. Is there even a manager? Who knows.

Worked with Anthony and it was a flawless experience. He was not pushy and gave u time to think about what we wanted to do and did not use high pressure sales tactics. extremely patient and was about to troubleshoot on the spot. Never met anyone more qualified , all star.

I've had T-Mobile for exactly a week. I've had issue after issue. However, I decided to go into a different location which was 41428 Ford Rd, Canton, MI 48187. When I walked in the associates were very busy helping customers but they said they'd be right with me. So I browsed around while listening to the girl associate helping her customers. She seemed very professional, experienced, thorough and helpful to her customers. Which was the complete opposite encounter I had with the associate at the previous location which was 34760 Ford Rd, Westland, MI 48185.I had been having a technical issue with my phone and T-Mobile customer service could not figure out how to resolve my phones technical issue to the point they stopped calling me back with promised updates. The T-Mobile associate at the new location Yessi C helped to troubleshoot the issues many times. I could tell she wanted to fix the issues I was having and felt bad for my experience with T-Mobile. Unfortunately she couldn't fix the issue but she presented me with my options of what we could moving forward. Yessi was very friendly, professional and helpful. I really do appreciate her kindness and willingness to help me especially when she was so busy.I am very disappointed in the first location and I do believe the issues with my bill and technical issues in part stem from the poor customer service I received at the first T-Mobile location. To the point I was highly considering get rid of T-Mobile today. However with how nice and professional Yessi was, I'm going to give T-Mobile another chance.I highly recommend the 41428 Ford Rd, Canton, MI 48187 T-Mobile location. Thank you to them and especially Yessi C.

I recently experienced poor service at the T-Mobile store. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. They lacked product knowledge and were unresponsive to my questions. The overall customer service was subpar, leaving me frustrated with the entire experience. Improvement in staff training and customer engagement is needed for a better service quality. Don’t go there to buy new phone and you will be screwed . They don’t care about you.

Walked in, no acknowledgement, two people working, 2 more walked in. 1 of them started talking and helping another employee instead of coming to the one person still waiting, me. Only for 20 more mins to pass, a total of an hour now, and then the lady comes to me to direct me to a website. ?? customer service 0/10

I have been with T-Mobile for at least 20 years. I have a business account with them that I am about to switch to a different carrier. This place is by far the worst to deal with. The lack of decent customer service is bizarre, especially the manager who is severely unprofessional, rude, and lacking common sense. Obviously, they don’t care about getting business and they careless about their image. In fact, that’s the reason why many people think of T-mobile as inadequate and terrible.

Horrible service on 9/28/23 from the manager and his staff. It was never like this before . They need to be trained on customer service. If u want great service visit the one down the road in plymouth.

The people in the store doesn’t look like interested in getting new customers to T Mobile. I went to switch the line and the asked me to revisit as the one I talked to earlier isn’t there. Very bad vibe overall.
