When the replacement wasn't available in their store, they found it in Arlington, called ahead and had it held for me to pick up. All in all, a most satisfactory encounter.”

“We were on vacation and were looking for bowling shoes. Dick's is useless so I called around and spoke to someone at Dunham's who said they did have bowling shoes. We got there about 10 minutes after they opened and the girl at the front cash was so nice and helpful. She pointed us in the right direction then called an associate over to help us. He helped us and stayed with us until my mom picked out the shoes she wanted.they were both so helpful and polite. I wish I got their names, but they were working the week of July 17th. anyway, 10/10 for me. I'd shop there again!!”
