“Today I'm changing my review had the pleasure of speaking with Chris he was very kind and courteous he listened to my concerns and addressed them he explained I had been given incorrect information which was very helpful I've been with public storage since 1999 when my daughter started at the university of Michigan even after she graduated college I used them its a blessing when a company hears you and reachs out prior to my previous review I was 100 percent satisfied and thanks to Chris I'm 100 percent satisfied again I appreciate you taking time out to call me I highly recommend public storage they will listen to your concerns always clean and safe

“Came in the night before appointment no issues overnight parking and it was quiet. Only thing no Porta pot so make arrangements. Gentleman came out at 515 got my paperwork and number got me to a dock an hour early and out in good time. Be nice to these guys and they are nice to you. Have a good trip driver.”
“Manager was friendly and super helpful I had no idea of what I needed and Melanie helped me get a storage unit that fit my needs. The grounds were clean and my unit was move in ready. I have a couple friends looking here also. Location is perfect for me being next to hi-way.”
“We love being tenants at this location, the property manager Miku is an absolute delight. She is friendly, knowledgeable and goes out her way to provide us with any needed assistance. This review is long overdue, my fiancé and I have had around 5 units (3 at the same time!) over the years and we’ve been provided with top notch service. Rent increases are apart of game and that’s every storage place I’ve ever been a tenant at. So maybe you can find a less expensive place offering a promotion but I am happy to pay more to be treated like person and not just a unit number.-Matt & Jas”

“Deb is great and always helpful, the location is secure and well taken care of.
Unfortunately due to the ridiculous random price increases in the storage industry I decided I no longer need Extra Space’s services.
This review is not a negative on Deb, the entire storage business model needs public pushback so people who would like a long term storage commitment can have the peace of mind of consistent payments per month.
I feel bad people on fixed incomes or have no other choice my storage use was for a vehicle I had the capability of moving quickly.
Majority of customers cannot move as quickly as I was able to do. Just my two cents.”
