I admit that at first I was hesitant to use the app but decided to give it a try. I've had to do several trips and truly appreciate the ease and efficiency of using the app. No problems accessing my unit, with the lock provided, or moving my items in on multiple days.

“We love being tenants at this location, the property manager Miku is an absolute delight. She is friendly, knowledgeable and goes out her way to provide us with any needed assistance. This review is long overdue, my fiancé and I have had around 5 units (3 at the same time!) over the years and we’ve been provided with top notch service. Rent increases are apart of game and that’s every storage place I’ve ever been a tenant at. So maybe you can find a less expensive place offering a promotion but I am happy to pay more to be treated like person and not just a unit number.-Matt & Jas”
