Sam's club is very nice my food but you can make for a single person or a family check out was nice and quick unless it's the weekend Also scan your card to have savings.

Sam’s club makes fraudulent transactions on people’s accounts if you don’t renew with them! My Aunt took my college teenager shopping with her bank card (not the member,) and because that was last cee add rd used on the account they took that fee off her card! That is not right and if your not able to process card on does not mean go to and unknown person bank account. In my eyes this is bad business!!!

Sam's MUST get the scanner fixed. After spending $500.00 the young lady said I did not pay for a $7.00 item. After going to customer service, it was on my receipt. I felt embarrassed and angry. My husband called back to Sam's to speak with the store manager, Laura, who apologized on behalf of the store, scanner and the girl who removed the product that I had paid for but not picked up from the scanner. Please train your tram when something like this happens. I am seriously thinking of canceling my card with Sams.

I wish I could switch from Costco to this Sam's Club since it's only 2 miles away, and I really like their scan-and-go feature. However, this Sam's Club doesn’t have a gas station, and unlike Costco, it doesn’t offer as many diverse products for the local community. Costco provides a lot of Halal and Desi options, which I appreciate.

Not enough people at the curbside pickup area.. it takes almost 40 mins to an hour for someone to bring my curbside order everytime... why have curbside orders when you don't have enough staff to support the orders??

This is the worst sams around. curb side pick can take up to an hour. Staff is unhelpful and rude if challenged. If you can go to the Ypsilanti location they are SO much better

Sam’s Club continues to be a reliable spot for essentials, and my recent visit reinforced why I keep coming back. I was specifically looking for Pedialyte, which I couldn’t find at Costco or BJ’s, but thankfully, Sam’s Club had it in stock. They offer a 3-pack for around $14, which is a better deal than most other stores. It’s great to know I can count on them for items that are often hard to find elsewhere.
Another highlight of Sam’s Club is their Tres Leches cake—it’s easily one of our all-time favorites! The cake is light, moist, and absolutely delicious, making it a crowd-pleaser at any gathering. However, it sells out quickly, so if you have your heart set on getting one, I recommend calling ahead to check availability. You can also place an order in advance to secure it. If you’re lucky, and it happens to be your day, they might even hold a cake for you if you’re coming soon for pickup!
Parking is generally easy and spacious, which makes the shopping experience even more convenient. Of course, you do need a Sam’s Club membership to shop here, but given the deals and variety they offer, it’s definitely worth it. If you love great savings, quality products, and delicious bakery items, Sam’s Club is a must-visit!

THE WORST
I purchased a battery for my car that supposedly has 3 years of warranty, it died in a little over 2 years.
I called the store 3 times, every time I was transferred to that department, the technician would pickup and hang up without answering.
That department are know to be extremely rude.

The most unorganized sams club. Multiple times for pickup. I always wait at least 30 to 40 minutes but today put me on the top. They were out of power and there was so many cars filled up with the spots there should’ve been someone outside telling people that they are out of power Rather than just waiting. Today waited hour. They need to cut off a limit for pickup.

They have the slowest, most unresponsive pick up process I’ve ever dealt with every single time I risk using the feature. I waited over 40 minutes today, called the store twice just for the phone to ring so long the line went dead.

I had to change the rating I've given in prior years. I believe the service inside of Sam's is great. BUT their pickup is terrible and unacceptable. Waiting over 30 minutes for ONE item or multiple items is bad service. No matter how "convenient" this is suppose to be it's actually inconvenient especially when you have little kids you don't want to take in and out of the car for one item. This is not my first time using pickup but it will be my last.
