Went in to purchase first pair of boots as I wanted an upgrade from what I’m wearing. Manager was very short with me and only had one word answers when clearly I was trying to get guidance or advice. Not very inviting of a store especially if you’re buying as a new red wing customer.

I have bought Redwing boots for a long time now. They hold up to any work conditions and they are comfortable and when you are in them 10 to 12 hours a day you need that.

The gents at this store did a super job getting me sized-up quickly and pulled the perfect boot for me that I was after. A week later I took them back to ask to change out the top 3 eyelets for speed hooks on these 1907's and Matt had them done the same day. Just a super job and a very friendly, can-do team at this store. Highly recommended!

I work on the railroad and these are the best boots you can buy for work. They can scan your feet to know your exact size and where your pressure points are when your walking. I got a pair of loggers and the anti-fatigue insoles, i walk 10 miles a day sometimes and walking conditions on the railroad are horrid but with these boots and insoles my feet never hurt at the end of the day. They have heavy duty leather belts, eye protection, and gloves here as well. The staff is knowledgeable and will know what you need! I love this store!
