“My FAVORITE post office! Tim, and Laura make sure everyone feels right at home when visiting. I've never been to any post office where everyone's personality is GREAT, fun, and always upbeat! If I could give this post office 10 stars I would. The only downside is that they aren’t open Saturday's, and close at 5pm M-F. 6:30/7pm would be a great closing time, but I do understand that romulus isn't a very big town, and they probably don't have enough customers to really stay open that late. I”

“I've always had a good experience at this post office, meaning the inside front counter. Today it was super busy and only 2 employees working the counter. One had to step away but announced she would hurry back...and she did. Both were friendly and welcoming and worked to bring the line down as quickly as possible. Other locations should take training from this one.”

“On 9/1/21, I experienced a rude female USPS employee. The blue drop box states 5:00 p.m. collection pick up time. It was 4:34 p.m. when the employee rolled away the mail bin from the blue drop box. She refused to answer me in a professional manner, if the mail that gets placed into the drop box at the present time 4:35 p.m., will not be collected or processed until the following day?”
“My wife and I needed new passports and photos. Christy was wonderful - very informative, helpful, organized, and most of all happy and positive. Filling out the forms at home and ensuring you bring everything you need to handle passports can be stressful, but Christy made it a great experience. Thanks again!”
“My honest opinion of this location is that they are a no nonsense staff. They are moving fast with no time to finesse. If you are easily offended, this may not be the location for you. However, if you need to get in and out fast, this is your place.
I came in as a walk-in for a Passport. The woman that helped me was on it. She did not have time for me to explain each form to her, she took my packet papers, shuffled through it and grabbed what she needed. I received my passport 2 1/2 weeks later. It’s not a pampered space, but the staff knows their stuff and keeps the line moving. They process paperwork efficiently and appreciate that.”
